Le Méridien Ile Maurice is located on the sheltered
bay of Pointe-aux-Piments, on the north west coast
of Mauritius. The hotel offers a 1,000 metre stretch
of white sandy beaches and spectacular views on the
warm turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.

All rooms and suites are well equipped with individual
air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, telephone,
wall mounted LCD TV, satellite television channels,
complimentary low speed Wi-Fi internet access (high

Spacious Deluxe rooms provide for a retreat in style and
comfort. Of 50m2 in size, all Deluxe rooms offer an ocean
view. Deluxe Garden Ocean View rooms ideally located on
the beach level, offer a garden terrace with direct access
to a natural white sandy beach. Deluxe Premium Ocean
View rooms are located on the top floor overlooking the
crystal clear blue waters of the Indian Ocean from the
comfort of a private balcony.
DELUXE FAMILY ROOMS
All our 50m2 family rooms offer tailor-made amenities
for our young guests. With your comfort in mind, our
rooms have been designed for private family relaxation,
featuring a garden terrace / balcony for sunbathing,
napping or just quality time with your loved ones.
Features of our deluxe family rooms include a king size
double bed and one sofa bed for 2 persons up to 16 years
of age.
HONEYMOON & FAMILY SUITES
Our 100m2 suites are the ideal accommodation for a family
or for a newlywed couple looking for an idyllic setting to
start their new life together. The honeymoon and family
suites offer an open space bedroom connected to a
convertible lounge area. Both suites includes a Jaccuzzi
in the bathroom.
ROYAL SUITE & FAMILY DUPLEX SUITE
A 150m2 duplex suite with soaring 30-foot ceilings and
panoramic views of the ocean, the Royal Suite includes
a Jacuzzi tub, elegant furnishings, two 42-inch plasma
flat screens, a bar, a dining area and lounge and a scenic
terrace.
NIRVANA AREA
Located in an exclusive wing of the resort with a dedicated
private pool, the Nirvana rooms offer various amenities
besides stunning views on the shimmering blue waters
of the Indian Ocean or the picturesque mountain
range. The Nirvana rooms are enhanced by an open,
marbled bathroom, 32-inch wall-mounted LCD screens,
complimentary Wi-Fi internet access, complimentary
daily fruit plate, complimentary in-room Breakfast,
complimentary all day tea/coffee/soft drinks at the lounge
and pool area, and daily complimentary sunset cocktail. La
Faya restaurant is exclusively reserved for breakfast for

The Resort also provides four bar areas each with its own
unique atmosphere. BAY VIEW BAR is ideal for sipping a
refreshing cocktail. This bar serves snacks and light bite

The resort is situated some 60 km from the international
airport and about 15 km from Port Louis, the capital of
Mauritius which is a major business, entertainment and
shopping centre.
Grand Bay, the closest commercial centre, lies on the
north coast, distant by 15 km from the hotel. This buzzing
tourist town offers excellent shopping as well as a variety
of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Taxi, limousine,
luxury coach and car rental services are readily available.
ENGAGING MEETING SPACE
The Chamarel Ballroom, one of the largest on the island,
has a capacity of up to 500 guests. Additionally, this
ballroom can be divided into two large meeting and
reception areas. Le Méridien Ile Maurice also boasts
a state-of-the-art business center with 5 boardrooms
equipped with Wi-Fi internet access and projecting
facilities. An open plan business lounge is also available,
