1. Deposit Requirements: 1 to 3 days rental: 1 night
deposit, 4 to 6 days rental: 2 night deposit, 7 days
or more: 3 night deposit
2. Deposit applies to your last night’s stay.
3. Confirmation must be presented at the time of
check-in.
4. Credit Card in guests name is needed at check in for
security of the room.
5. Payment is due upon arrival, in cash, travelers checks
or money order. VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER
accepted, please add 3% service charge.
6. Deposits refunded if notified in writing two weeks
in advance of arrival date subject to a 25% service
charge.
7. Deposits not transferable to future reservations.
8. No refunds due to weather or early check-out.
9. All rates subject to New Jersey Sales and Tourism Tax.
10.Reservations held until 7 p.m. unless otherwise
notified.
11.Rates listed apply only to advance reservations.
12.Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be
subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid.
13.One parking space per unit, strictly enforced,
regardless or unit type.
14.No bicycles in rooms & No roller blading on premises.
15.As a matter of public health, children who are not
fully potty trained must wear a “SWIM DIAPER” in
pool.
16.Sorry, no pets.
