The Maverick Power tong is a time tested design that
is accepted through out the industry as a rugged,
reliable tong with the pneumatic system coupled
with a manual backup and a two speed operation
with controlled torque. Maverick stocks the M5893-R to meet your immediate needs.

The Maverick RSX is a gate type tong that
incorporates a four-way valve control to reverse the
tong without roll-over. Balanced spring suspension
increases its handling ease. Using the familiar jawand-bushing biting system with a control valve
that can be operated from the front or rear lever,
Maverick’s RSX Open-Head Tubing Tong is the
solution for your for handling needs.
Rod Tongs
Model Mark TP-IV Hydraulic Rod Tong
The Mark IV hydraulic rod tong delivers ample power
to make and break out all rod sizes while reducing
cross threading errors. A single unitized jaw assembly
fits 5/8”, 3/4”, and 7/8” rods without change. 1” and
1 1/8” rods are handled with a separate jaw assembly.
