Quick Start Guide
STEP 1 – Select
book appointment
menu option.
STEP 2 – Enter
1.
Carrier name
2.
Carrier telephone
3.
Delivery facility
STEP 3 – Enter
1.
Purchase order number
2.
Due date
Repeat STEPS 3 & 4 to consolidate
multiple orders onto a single trailer.
STEP 4 – Press
The add PO to trailer button.
Details of each order added to
the trailer are displayed.
Click the remove links to remove
PO’s from the trailer.
Removed PO’s are unavailable
for a few moments while they
are re-planned.
STEP 5 – Press
The set appointment button to
book the delivery appointment.
STEP 6 – Select
All the dock doors.
Click here to see all the available
doors – only the first 5 doors are
shown by default.
STEP 8 – Select
The appointment time.
Click a time in the yellow
area to book your
appointment.
STEP 7 – Select
The appointment date.
Red area indicates the
hours facility is closed for
receiving.
Use the scrollbars to see
additional appointment
times and facility doors.
STEP 9 – Press
The save button
to confirm your
appointment time.
STEP 10 – Record
Your appointment
confirmation number.
Press the close button to
return to the main appointment
booking screen.
