To help prepare for your trip, please follow these simple steps to ensure
you have everything wrapped up in advance of boarding your flight to the
Dominican Republic:
1.Conference Registration: Register for the PAI Market Partner Conference by accessing the
Register web page and completing the form fields located on www.PAIMarketPartners.com.
2.Airfare: Book your airfare from 11/11/15 – 11/16/15 (we recommend you arrive on
Wednesday, November 11, if you would like to participate in one of the PAI networking
activities such as golf or other excursions that can be paid for with your resort credits; or
arrive 11/12/15 and join us for the opening reception that evening).
3.Room: Reserve your room at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino using the special PAI group
package reservation link that can be found under the ROOM INFO link on the PAI Market
Partner Conference website.
4.Ground Transportation: Book your ground transportation to/from the resort via the
AMSTAR DMC link located in the TRAVEL INFO section on the PAI Market Partner
Conference website.
5.Passport: Confirm you have a valid passport. If you are in need of a renewal, or will be
applying for a passport for the first time, access this web page for more information:
http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports.html. Passports are required for
travel to the Dominican Republic and standard processing can take 4-6 weeks; however,
you can expedite your request anywhere from 8 days to 3 weeks if you pay a higher fee.
6.Excursions: There are a variety of off-site excursions available to you that can be
booked/paid for before your arrival (see the Additional Activities Available Off-Site link
on the AT YOUR LEISURE page of the PAI Market Partner website). If you are interested
in experiencing any of these great adventures during your stay in Punta Cana, please
plan your activities sooner rather than later. Note that these excursions can NOT be paid
for with your Hard Rock Hotel & Casino resort credits. For resort credit eligible activities,
please check the At Your Leisure page on the PAI Market Partner Conference site.
7.Bookmark Conference Website: Bookmark the PAI Market Partner Conference
website at www.PAIMarketPartners.com and check back often for new details (we will
update the site as we release new conference information.
8.Sponsor Registration: Please review the various sponsor opportunities on the
SPONSORS page of our website, complete and submit your online Sponsorship
registration as indicated.
9. B
roker Information: The broker information is available on the Sponsors page of our
conference site and provides you with critical details you must follow for shipping exhibit
materials to/from the conference.
