Barra Lodge is set in one of the most picturesque areas in Mozambique, with spectacular views of
pristine beaches and the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean. The warm Indian Ocean offers safe
bathing all year year round and the wide open, sun-drenched beaches offer endless hours of strolling
pleasure.

ACCOMMODATION
Casitas
Our traditional casitas are made of thatch, brick and reeds creating a charming atmosphere. Fitted with a
double bed and one single bed, fans and mosquito nets, a shower and toilet en-suite. The casitas are
serviced daily.
Self Catering Cottages
Each cottage has two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, shower and separate toilet. There are six
comfortable single beds. The shower has hot and cold water. All the basic amenities are supplied
including a fridge, 2 plate gas stove, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, utensils, mosquito net and bed linen.
There are braai facilities at the cottages. The cottages are serviced daily.
Beach Chalets
Situated on the beach These rooms have air conditioners and fitted with mosquito nets. One double
bed and a separate room with two bunk beds suitable for children.

Beach Bar & Restaurant
A very popular meeting point. The tropical beach bar creates an atmosphere of relaxation where the
best fisherman’s yarns are heard. Here you are invited to gather in the evenings to watch the beautiful
sunsets, participate in beach volleyball, pub games or simply sip and enjoy refreshing cocktails.

Indulge your taste buds in our restaurant. Fresh seafood dominates the menu with prawns, calamari and
fresh line fish remaining the ever popular favorites.
Pool Area
Relax in secluded, tranquil surroundings around a beautiful swimming pool. Soak up the warm sun and unwind with a
refreshing cocktail.
