Forward
If you are like me, you have several drink books. And they are
really good when you want to get them down, search for a
drink, figure out if you have the ingredients. Most of the time,
I just want to make a quick drink and don’t want to take too
much time doing it. I want it fairly simple and tasty.
So I compiled this list of 21 drinks. These are my go to drinks.
Some of them are fun, and some are open to experimentation.
Some of the best places to get drink recipes online nowadays
is the actual distilleries. Seagrams, Smirnoff, Bacardi, Captain
Morgan, Disaronno, Patrón, Skyy and many more all have
some really interesting drink recipes.
Remember that you don’t want to carry mixed drinks
around in a flask. Often the acid in the fruit juices will mar
or damage the finish or even the integrity of the flask if left
for too long.
And of course, drink responsibly.

Rum & Cola
Ingredients
1 ½ oz light rum
4 ½ oz cola
Method
Pour rum over ice in a highball glass.
Add cola and stir until the cola fizzes at
the top and serve. Garnish with maraschino cherries or lime wedge.
Mojito
Ingredients:
2 parts rum
4 lime wedges
12 fresh mint leaves
2 heaped tsp caster sugar
1 part soda water/club soda
Sprig fresh mint to garnish
Mixing instructions:
Gently press together the limes & sugar. Bruise the mint
leaves by clapping them between your palms, rub them on the
rim of the glass and drop them in. Next, half fill the glass with
crushed ice, add the BACARDÍ Superior rum & stir. Top up
with crushed ice, a splash of soda and a sprig of mint.
Long Island Iced Tea
Ingredients:
1 part Vodka
1 part Tequila
1 part Rum
1 part Gin
1 part Triple sec
1 1/2 part Sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola
Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into shaker
and give ONE brisk shake. Pour back into glass and make
sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

Sex on the Beach
Ingredients:
1½ oz Vodka
3/4 oz Peach schnapps
3 oz Cranberry juice
3 oz Orange or grapefruit juice
Half fill with chilled cranberry juice and orange/grapefruit
juice, stir in highball glass.
Cuba Libre
Ingredients:
1 part dark rum
2 parts cola (bottled)
2 lime wedges
To build this legendary cocktail, fill a
highball glass with ice. Then squeeze 2
lime wedges over the ice and drop them
into the glass. Pour in the dark rum, followed by chilled cola
and give it all a gentle stir.

Kamikaze
Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Triple sec
1 oz Lime juice
Shake all ingredients with
ice, strain into an oldfashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.
Mai Tai
Mai Tai means ‘Out of this world’ in Tahitian and it’s the perfect name for an irresistible exotic cocktail.
Ingredients:
1 part light rum
1 part dark rum
½ part Orange Curaçao
3/5 part freshly squeezed lime juice
3/5 part Orgeat syrup
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass. Then add plenty of ice cubes and mix it all up thoroughly. Now serve it up
by straining the mix into a glass full of crushed ice. Garnish
with a sprig of mint and orange wedge.

Cosmopolitan
Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
½ oz. TripleSec
½ oz Lime Juice
1 oz Cranberry Juice
Shake all the ingredients together
well and strain into a cocktail glass.
Bloody Maria
Ingredients:
2 oz Patrón Silver
8 oz fresh tomato juice
Worcestershire sauce to taste
hot pepper sauce to taste
dash of black pepper for garnish
1 stalk of celery for garnish
Combine Patrón Silver with tomato juice over ice in a mixing
glass. Add Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce to
taste. After icing, mix with rolling motions and strain into a
highball glass. Garnish with a celery stalk and ground pepper.

Cortez
Ingredients:
1 oz Patrón Reposado
5 oz German Riesling (late harvest)
olive for garnish
Combine the Patrón Reposado (cold from
freezer) with the well-chilled late-harvest
wine. Don’t add any ice. Stir and serve in a
white wine glass. Garnish with an olive. Keep
both bottles chilled in a champagne bucket.
Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
¾ oz Patrón Silver
¾ oz Patrón XO Cafe
¾ oz espresso shot
fine sugar
powdered chocolate for garnish
Rim the serving glass with sugar. In a
mixing glass, combine Patrón Silver
and Patrón XO Cafe with espresso. Add ice, shake, and strain.
Garnish with powdered chocolate.

Perfect Margarita
Ingredients:
1½ oz Patrón Silver
½ oz Patrón Citrónge
orange juice
juice of ½ lime
sweet and sour mix
lime wheel for garnish
In a mixing glass full of ice, combine Patrón Silver, Patrón Citrónge, orange juice, lime juice, and sweet and sour mix.
Shake well, strain, and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with
a lime wheel.
Cajun Thunder
Ingredients:
1½ oz. Southern Comfort
Splash of Cranberry
Dash of Tabasco®
Shake and strain into shot glass.

Boston Limelight
Ingredients:
4½ oz On The Border Margarita mix
1½ oz Seagram's Lime Twisted Gin
½ oz Triple Sec
lime wedge for garnish
Pour OTB mix, Seagram’s Lime
Twisted Gin, and triple sec in a glass
over ice. Stir and garnish with lime
wedge. For real party fun, make up a
full pitcher. Just multiply the ingredients, mix and share.
Tequila Sunrise
Ingredients:
2 oz Patrón Silver
• 4 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
• 2 dashes grenadine syrup
• orange slice for garnish
Pour Patrón Silver and orange juice
into a glass and stir. Tilt the glass and
pour the grenadine down the side.
The grenadine should fall to the bottom of the glass and then rise up
slowly. Garnish with an orange slice.

White Russian
Ingredients:
2 oz. SKYY Vodka
1 oz. coffee liqueur
Top with cream
Pour coffee liqueur and vodka
in a rocks glass over ice cubes
and fill with cream.
Piña Colada
Ingredients:
3 oz light rum
1½ oz coconut milk
1½ oz pineapple, crushed
Put all ingredients into blender with
2 cups of crushed ice. Blend until
smooth. Strain into a Collins glass.

Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients:
1½ oz Sweet and sour mix
1½ oz Light rum
1 cup crushed ice
3 oz Frozen strawberries
Add Rum, sweet and sour mix, frozen
strawberries, and crushed ice in a
blender. Blend until smooth and pour
into glass. Garnish with strawberry.
Amaretto & Cranberry
Ingredients:
1½ oz Amaretto liqueur
(Disaronno©)
4½ oz cranberry juice
Pour ingredients over ice.
Garnish with lime wedge.

Harvey Wallbanger
Ingredients:
1½oz. Vodka
6 oz. orange juice
1 oz. Galliano
Fill a collins glass with ice. Add
vodka and orange juice. Top
with Galliano.
Godfather
Ingredients:
1¼ oz Scotch whiskey
¾ oz Amaretto
Pour ingredients over ice.
This drink was made popular
in the ‘70s as it was one of
Marlon Brando’s favorites.
