I have 9 years of service in an administrative capacity in Dexter, during which time I have worked with very talented, wonderful administrators, teachers and other passionate and talented staff, all of whom care deeply about student welfare and success. I have learned immense amounts about leadership, education, and myself during my tenure. I couldn’t ask for a more rewarding and wonderful place to be and I depart knowing that Dexter is going to continue on its pathways to success in your hands. It was quite exciting to work with the team that you built and to work with a leader who embodies the intelligence, skills, and wisdom to work with individuals and help bring out their best, the courage to take on challenges despite potential ramifications, and the compassion to understand the people with whom he works. I have the utmost respect for your integrity and ability and I will certainly miss working with you. I thank Dexter Community Schools for extending the trust in hiring me and for providing the wonderful opportunities that I have had and wish nothing but future successes for everyone in Dexter.
