The Building owner was the IDLs and the tenant was 10 Barrel Brewery. CSDI worked closely with both the owner, the tenant and the design team, to plan, design, budget and construct Idaho’s newest social hub. This renovated building originally housed an auto repair shop back in 1915, but has now been transformed into an urban style pub and eatery. This project was awarded the Idaho Smart Growth award, ENR Best Projects & the Idaho Business Review’s Top Projects recognition and an AIA Award of Merit. THE MATADOR RESTAURANT DENVER, COLORADO 4,351 Square Feet OWNER MoCore Development ARCHIECT Scott Roaf, AIA HIGHLIGHTS Restaurant Tenant Improvement in a mixeduse building complex located in the historic district of Denver. Project included the complete demolition of the basement and main floor while not disrupting the apartment tenants in the above two floors. We worked closely with the Owner and the Bureau of Indian Affairs to create budgets, schedules, procure funding and solicit the Architectural & Engineering team to Design-Build this remote facility. WET SEAL BOISE, IDAHO 3,600 Square Feet OWNER Wet Seal ARCHIECT Robert Quintana Architects HIGHLIGHTS 49-Day competitive complete remodel First wave of Wet Seal’s new concept and design for stores. This remodel required Wet Seal store to temporarily relocate; completely demolish the interior, fixtures, walls, storefront, electrical, HVAC and systems. Given this was a new concept, a few ambiguities arose; however, CSDI was able to identify and resolve them well before they were in the field. “All the other Wet Seal PM’s wish they had CSDI working on their projects.” – Wet Seal Senior Project Manager DELOITTE SERVICES TI BOISE, IDAHO 14,229 Square Feet OWNER Deloitte Services LP ARCHITECT CSHQA HIGHLIGHTS Deloitte’s TI of their offices in the US Bank Building included refurbishing the elevator lobby and main reception areas, as well as updating the conference rooms.
