Drink Tickets $3.00
Drink tickets can be purchased in any quantity, and are redeemable on the
day of your event. Drink tickets apply to anything in the cooler beer or
pop and on the beverage cart (excluding mini liquor bottles)
2 drink tickets are applicable to a premium drink at the bar. Premium Bar Includes: ($5.25 per drink) Absolut Vodka, Absolut Citron, Absolut Mandarin, Canadian Club Whiskey, Bacardi Rum, Stolichnaya Vodka,
Jim Beam Bourbon, Captain Morgan’s Rum, Beefeater Gin, Tanqueray Gin, Dewar’s White Label Scotch,
Seagram’s Gin, Southern Comfort, Makers Mark, Canadian Club, Seagram’s 7, E&J Brandy, Bailey’s, Amaretto, and Kahlua.
Mimosas at the table! $15.00 per bottle.

Bloody Mary Bar! $12.00 per person.
2 Bloody Mary’s per person. Get liquor at the bar and make your way to the fixings
table to make your own custom Bloody Mary.
Fixing Include: 16oz pint glass, Our in-house bloody Mary mix, green olives, dill
pickle spears, celery, black pepper, cayenne pepper, lowry’s salt, salt, celery salt, tobacco sauce, horseradish, frank’s red hot, Worcestershire sauce. **want something
else for the bar let use know!**
RENTAL FEES
$200 Set Up Fee + The Menu Item per person
Rental fee based on a 5 hour rental. $50.00 charge for each additional hour.
Saturday night events must meet a $1500 minimum. (Weddings on a Saturday will have the
entire day reserved for set up. No morning events will be scheduled)
Saturday morning events must end by 2:30 PM
$20/hr. for bartender. 2 bartenders needed for 75+ guests.
**Alcohol and bartender must be provided by Boulder Creek Golf Club**
For weddings if you would like to reserve the Friday night before to decorate it is a $500.00
fee to reserve.
If you do not need to use our bar services you must have an event manager present for your
event. Event Manager—$15/hr.

Event Center
Food: The menu options enclosed are just a sampling of what is available. We will tr y
to accommodate any special menu requests. Menus should be finalized and submitted no later than two weeks prior to the function. Menu prices are subject to change with increase in
market price.
Beverage: Boulder Creek Golf Club has a liquor license and is responsible for the sale
and service of all alcoholic beverages in accordance with Ohio State Liquor Laws. It is the
policy of Boulder Creek Golf Club that we provide all liquor, beer and wine. It is also our
policy to require proof of age of all guests attending a function in which alcohol is being
served.
Timing & Room Setup: There is a five-hour rental period for events. Centerpieces and
decorations are permitted, however, confetti and glitter cannot be used. If you must exceed
the 5 hours an additional charge of $50 will apply for each hour.
Guarantee Policy: Final meal counts (the guar anteed number attending the function)
must be received by Boulder Creek Golf Club no later than noon, one week in advance of
the function and are not subject to change. Should the number fall below the guarantee, we
will charge for the guaranteed amount.
Cancellation/Deposit and Payment Policy: On all functions, a non-refundable deposit of
$200.00 is required upon booking. 50% of the remaining total must be paid 4 weeks before
the event. Final head count for menu is due 1 week in advance. A credit card will also be
kept on file for any damages that may occur during the event.
Decoration Clean Up: We do not allow the stapling/pinning of decor ations on the wall.
No glitter is permitted or an added cleanup fee of $50.00 will apply. Boulder Creek provides
clips to hang decorations from our drop ceiling. We do not permit duct tape on the drop ceiling to hold decorations up. Our pictures are permanently secured to the wall and cannot be
removed. At the end of the evening make sure you have gathered your belongings so nothing
is thrown out.

A Bartender will be needed for your event. Bartender is $20 per hour.
Bartender will set up 30min before your start time.
