Screen Set-up Fee
There is a $30 per screen, one time set-up fee for each customized
product category. Customers will have the exclusive right to use their
logo on our products. However, the customer does not own the actual
screen itself. In addition, different colors and sizes require different
screens. We only print our customer’s logo on Tiger Claw products.
On Gear Bags, T-shirts and Uniforms, designs can be up to
four colors. Additional charge for more colors.
Artwork Delivery
Digital Art must be Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch) resolution. All type must be converted to
paths, rasterized or have fonts included with file. Vector art (e.g. Illustrator EPS) is preferred.
Preferred file formats: Illustrator 8 EPS, TIFF or PDF. We will take native files from the following
programs (Remember to embed or include all fonts and graphics): Illustrator 10, Page Maker 7,
InDesign 2, Corel Draw 10, MS Publisher 2003.
Disk formats (please use PC/Windows (ISO9660) format): 250 or 100MB Zip disk, Compact

NOTE: Extremely thin lines (under 2 point thickness) or overly-detailed objects will not print

Competition Swords meet those standards. Made at China’s famous Dragon Well Forge (Long Quan), the Wushu represents the "top of the line" for competition
