the European Tour came to Turkey for the first time, with Victor Dubuisson taking home the
trophy at the Montgomerie Maxx Royal. The Turkish Open returns in 2015, along with the now
long standing Ladies European Tour event at the Carya Golf Course. Turkish Open is taking place
in Montgomerie Maxx Royal Course in 2015 same as last year. Belek is also a past host of the

The Cornelia De Luxe is a favourite amongst
families and golfers looking for a more intimate
hotel setting. Although still a large hotel with
plenty of facilities, the De Luxe feels more

This is a hotel with an impact. The lobby is
modern and has a dark coloured theme with

of 9 to choose from. It is one of the most testing courses in Belek, with superb water features
and dog legs on almost every hole.
The tee shots are key on the Faldo
course – make sure you practice
your driving before playing. Almost
every Par 4 and 5 is a dog leg.

The Gloria’s boast the largest Golf Course in Turkey with 45 holes in total. The Gloria Old
Course is laid out through majestic umbrella pines. Gloria Golf Course just five minutes
away, the golf facilities are a favourite for pro groups. A good drive placement is essential
on Gloria Old Course, with accuracy rather than length the key.

The Gloria Serenity Resort has a calming effect
the minute you enter the lobby, its Feng Shui
inspired design evident. The stylish resort is
fascinating, the main building a circle which lead
to two wings. A bridge crossing the Acisu river

this feature. Boasting one of the best spa’s in
Belek, the Gloria Serenity Resort is simply one of
the best resorts in Belek.

The Gloria New Course has a lot more water hazards, and whilst slightly easier than the Old
Course still a good test of golf. The New Course is a longer, modern course with more room
for tee shots. New Course hosted the European Seniors Tour Classic In 2007 and the World
Amateur Team Championship in 2012.

The Gloria Verde Resort is the smaller of the
three Gloria resorts, and excellent value for
money. The food and beverage is of the same
superb standard as the other Gloria resorts.
There is a great 24 hour bar in the main lobby,
and the hotel always has either snacks or packs
ready for those golfers getting up for an early
morning tee off.

The 9 hole Gloria Verde Course is one of the best 9 hole academy courses in Europe, and
open to players of all handicaps at selected times. It is possible to combine 9 holes on Gloria
Verde Course with 9 holes on another Gloria Courses for a different 18 hole combination.

KAYA PALAZZO GOLF RESORT
The hotel is a grander version of their
established Kaya Belek hotel, and is situated
along the coastline and in front of the club
house. The Kaya Palazzo is a large resort,
featuring its own patisserie and a cigar lounge
which becomes a golfer’s lounge in winter. There
are a la carte’s to choose from including a
Lebanese, unusual for Belek. The rooms are
spacious as standard, with a good minibar set up
and tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

This good solid course was designed by David Jones and features eucalyptus trees and a
750.000 m2 pine forest. This is a good holiday course and suitable for both high and low
handicaps with many interesting holes.

Kempinski is a well-known brand throughout the
world, and their hotel in Belek is truly unique to
the area. It has a boutique feel, and oozes quality
the moment you walk in the door. The food and
beverage is fantastic, and golfers are given VIP
treatment. This is a true luxury option, and in
recent years their addition of All Inclusive to the
Half Board option has proved very popular.

Sharing ownership with the Sirene Belek, Kempinski, the Dome guests have the privilege of
the best tee times at these two courses. An outstanding combination, the Pasha is shorter
featuring tricky dog legs, and the PGA Sultan is simply the ultimate test of golfing ability.
The Pasha course is fairly short so
you can leave out your driver.
Watch out for the right side in
particular on the PGA Sultan.

The rooms in the main building are all suites,
with their own Jacuzzis and double sinks as

check out area, with shower and bathroom

The venue for the Turkish Open, the Monty is challenging and undulating, and now rated as
one of his finest designs by Colin himself. The naturally sandy ground is maintained as a

Belek, makes the Monty faster than
the other courses. Concentrate on
your chipping and putting game in
order to score well.

This sumptuous resort is one of the newest
addition to the golf hotel family, and a jewel in
the crown for Belek. Featuring a luxury all
inclusive concept, the beverage list on offer is of
an excellent quality. The bedrooms are spacious
and tastefully decorated, and the bathrooms
have a double sink as standard. Regnum Carya
offers you heated outdoor pool for the cold
days. Their large Spa has a wonderful array of
treatments to indulge in after your round of golf.
NATIONAL GOLF COURSE
As a part of Regnum family, which will become a 27 hole course in October 2015, is the first
golf course in Turkey. Sculpted fairways, glistening white bunkers and velvet greens are the
main characteristics of the golf course.

A favourite amongst golfers travelling to Belek, those staying in the Regnum Carya will now
get preferential tee times on the first heathland style course to be built in Turkey. Previously
a host to the Challenge Tour, the golf course is set on undulating sand hills and cuts through
mature pine and eucalyptus forest.
Carya is the first and only course
in Europe to feature floodlighting,
meaning even more time for golf.
At the hotel you can choose sea
or golf view, the latter a truly
spectacular view at night.

The Sentido Zeynep Golf and Spa is a fairly new
property, located just behind its sister hotel
Zeynep resort. Zeynep Golf was designed with
golfers and adults in mind, rather than families. It
has a nice spa section and indoor pool as well as
a Golfer’s Lounge. Zeynep Golf hotel guests can
use the beach belonging to the Resort hotel and
also the a la carte's. Its unique scenery and
Turkish elegance makes the difference.

Sentido Zeynep Golf & Spa has been taken over by Carya Tourism Group of Companies as
of January 2015, making it an official golf hotel. Residents at the Zeynep Golf and Spa will
benefit from access to prime tee times at the National golf course and the Carya golf course
which is within walking distance.

The Sirene Belek is still one of the favourite
choices for travelling golfers. Popular with
groups in particular, prime time access to two of
the best courses in Belek make the Sirene Belek
an excellent option in high golf season. Their
rooms are large as standard, and there is a good
range of facilities to be made use of in the All
Inclusive concept. An excellent value option.

These two golf courses fall under the umbrella of Antalya Golf Club, and are two of the best
in Turkey. Regularly rated within the top 5 courses by our clients, the PGA Sultan hosted
Tiger Woods and the top 8 players in 2012. Always in tip top condition.
PGA Sultan is the only course to
have actually extended its tee
time intervals in recent years to 11
minutes. Overcrowding is simply
not an issue on the Antalya Golf
Club courses.

The Sueno Deluxe Hotel, opened in May 2015, is
the newest resort on the golf market. Placed just
behind the driving range at Sueno and with
direct beach access, this 5 star resort offers
deluxe all inclusive and promises to be an
excellent luxury addition to the area. Still only
400 meters from the course, the hotel itself
sweeps out into two wings from the large main
lobby, with 80% of the rooms on the front side
with sea view of the Mediterranean.

The guests who lodge in Superior
Suite Exclusive, Superior Sueno Suite,
Royal Suite or Island Villas can utilise
from A’la Carte restaurants free of
charge.
Sueno Dunes is more straightforward of the two courses. The course measures over 5600
metres. However, it is by no means an easy course, and Dunes will punish poor play.
Sueno Pines is tougher of the two courses. The course measures over 6,400 metres from the
championship tees. Employing the wild shaping of the links courses and a natural bunker
style.

Quite simply, this hotel was built for golfers.
Sueno is the only resort to be centred in the
middle of the golf courses in Belek, with plenty of
excellent training facilities right on site. The hotel,

intimate and cosy environment teamed with its
proximity to the courses make it a number one
choice for Pro groups.

Voyage Belek is superb value for golf groups,
with an excellent range of facilities and food and
beverage included in their concept. Featuring an
English style pub popular with golfers, the resort

golfers in the winter. The Voyage has an adult
only pool and restaurant, as well as a patisserie
to indulge in.
MONTGOMERIE MAXX ROYAL GOLF COURSE
Voyage Belek shares ownership with the Maxx Royal of the Turkish Open venue, giving
Voyage residents access to the prime time slots. Monty is a fast and undulating course, with
a natural and wild feel. The 18th hole finish is one of the best in Belek.

historical sites from the Byzantine, Roman and Ottoman ages. Take in

cuisine, located near the sea front. Themed with old
Hollywood pictures and an eclectic mix of metal and
wood, Big Chef offers wonderful food with great service
in avant-garde surroundings.

Set amongst the pine forest and on a hill top, this
restaurant is a great place to taste the true Turkish
cuisine. Mezes (appetisers), kebabs, meatballs, rich
salads and of course Raki to be enjoyed in a traditional
atmosphere. Often entertainment on offer in the
evenings.
An English style pub and bar situated near the sea front,
the kitchen offers meals in a comfortable atmosphere.
Open in the evenings with live music and bands usually
playing, this is a well-known hot spot in Antalya for
those who want to experience some of the night life on
offer in the region.
Antalya Fish House
The oldest, and arguable still the best fish restaurant in
the region, with a coastal view and a wonderful
atmosphere. There are a wide variety of fresh fish dishes
to select, making it a perfect choice for those who want
to sample the classic tastes of Akdeniz.

Turkish Lira is the national currency, but
Euros are accepted in most places. Change
is often hard to come by, so make sure you
have small denominations. Most major
credit cards are accepted, but please be
aware that there may be an additional
charge to use your credit card abroad.
Health
Make sure you drink plenty of water to
avoid dehydration, even if you are in air
conditioned rooms. It is best to drink
bottled water as the tap water content is
different to what you are used to back
home.
Customs
If you are visiting religious sites or places
of interest, please remember to dress
appropriately – you can ask your rep for
specific advice.
Bargaining
You will usually find fixed prices in larger
shops and smaller general purpose
shops, but elsewhere for example in the
Belek market you can bargain.

in security deposit boxes or they may not
be covered by insurance. It is illegal not
