LINE BODIES
Knapheide Line Bodies are built for multiple medium and heavy
duty applications. Standard design has digger derrick, aerial and
non-aerial applications in mind.
With a variety of options to fit any need, the Knapheide Line Body
can be configured to best suit your job.
LINE BODIES ARE AVAILABLE IN
TWO STYLES:
CONVENTIONAL STYLE
Conventional style Line Bodies include
compartments behind the rear wheels.
Standard models are available in body
lengths from 9’ to 14’. Conventional style Line
Bodies are compatible with aerial and nonaerial applications, as well as a canopy roof.
BOBTAIL STYLE
Bobtail style Line Bodies exclude
compartments behind the rear wheels.
Standard models are available in body
lengths from 11’ to 12-1/2’. Bobtail style
Line Bodies are compatible with digger
derrick, aerial, and non-aerial applications.

from corrosion, we installed our state-of-the-art, customdesigned electrodeposition prime paint system.
Our E-coat system bonds prime paint to steel by an
electroplating process, to give you a superior coat of
primer resulting in better corrosion protection compared
to spraying methods. Complete immersion in our E-coat
results in a prime coat that provides the best chemical
and solvent resistance.
Because of our commitment to corrosion resistance,
you should never worry about the quality of your
