GENUINE ARTICLE SOLUTION
1. Hold puzzle by Top section, as pictured
in Fig. 1. Lift shuttle and pass Rings 1, 2
and 3 through center of shuttle. Shuttle
will now be above Bar A and Ring 3.
2. Turn puzzle so that Top section is
pointing to the side and shuttle moves to
other side of puzzle. Top remains in
center of shuttle. See Fig. 2.
3. Pass tip of shuttle through Ring 3.

4. Pass Ring 1, then Ring 2 up through
center and over end of shuttle. See Fig 3.

Make sure Ring 1 is from the same side
that you are working on: Bottom section
can twist.

Curved side of Top section must remain
in the center of the shuttle or Ring 1
might not clear tip of shuttle.

On opposite side of puzzle, make sure
Ring 2 does not hook over the eye of the
Bottom section.
5. Drop Ring 1 down through center of
shuttle.

6. Slide Rings 2 and 3 to the tip of the shuttle, then drop Ring 3 through the shuttle.
7. Bring Ring 1 up through center of shuttle and around tip. See Fig. 4.
8. Slide Rings 1 and 2 to tip of shuttle. Drop Ring 2 through shuttle, then Ring 1 to free
shuttle. See Fig. 5.
REASSEMBLY: This puzzle is simple to put back together by following the images and the
directions in reverse order. Make sure the shuttle ends up hanging from Bar A. If it ends up
hanging on the Bottom section, reassembly was started incorrectly. Take it apart and try again.
