We are pleased that you are considering Wildwood Golf & Country Club
to host your most special day.
Our banquet facility boasts a magnificent view of our golf course and is
equipped to hold 210 of your guests. We invite you to use our space at
your disposal. With a neutral color scheme, our facility allows any bride
to decorate with any color pallet. The room is equipped with a large
dance floor, fireplace, stage area, and full service bar.
The Wildwood Golf & Country Club sits on over 100 acres of pristine
grounds with breathtaking views. Our course makes for the most
beautiful photo opportunities. Hop on one of our golf carts and take a
ride to our 15th hole for the perfect scenic view of the marsh lands.
Afterwards drive on down to one of our course’s many lakes for a great
photo you’ll remember forever.

Personal Consultations
We welcome the opportunity to meet you for a personal tour of our beautiful Club and to discuss our
various menu selections.
Reservation Fee, Deposits, & Final Payment
Should you choose to host your event at the The Wildwood Golf & Country Club, the following deposits
will be required: $1000 non-refundable reservation fee. This fee secures your date with a signed agreement.
This fee will be deducted from your deposit. 60 days before your wedding a deposit of 50% of estimated
charges will be due. The final payment will be due thirty (30) days prior to the event. The final payment will
be required by a check or credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Additional Information 22% Service Charge and
7% NJ Sales Tax will be applied to all Food & Beverage and miscellaneous charges.
Wedding Ceremony
The Wildwood Golf & Country Club offers Wedding Ceremony packages only when associated with a full
service Wedding Reception with a minimum of 50 people and are dependent on site availability, time of day
and number of expected guests. Price $3.00 per person.
Banquet Room Fee
Wildwood Golf & Country Club has a room fee of $500 for a 5 hour Reception. However, there are NO Food
& Beverage minimum requirements or price changes for time of year or wedding date!
Food & Beverage
No food and beverage, including liquor may be removed from the facility. All food and beverage must be
provided by the Wildwood Golf & Country Club with the exception of your wedding cake. Our staff will
provide complimentary cake cutting service.
Menu Selection
The Wildwood Golf & Country Club has a wide variety of menu selections. However, if you do not see the
kind of package you are looking for we are more than capable of designing you your own personalized
menu! To assure that your menu selections can be made available, please submit them a least four (4) weeks
in advance. Custom menus should be discussed directly with the Catering and Events Director.
Meal
A meal guarantee is required ten (10) days prior to your function. We will prepare for 3% over the guarantee
for your function. If a meal guarantee is not given, we will set it based on the last available written estimate.
If attendance falls below the guarantee, the host is responsible for the guaranteed number given.
Private Liquor License
Wildwood Golf Club is a private facility; therefore YOU MUST be a member of the Club in order to host
an event where alcohol is being served. The event must remain an open bar. We offer various liquor
packages to accommodate this policy. A one day Membership fee is $35.
Menu Tastings
Our Executive Chef and his staff are dedicated to maintaining our long standing
history of culinary excellence. Menu tastings are available by special request.
Vendors
Vendors hired to provide services must be appropriately licensed, insured and
approved by The Wildwood Golf & Country Club. Feel free to ask your Wedding
Coordinator for a list of preferred vendors if you have not already chosen your own.
