The Lac Ste. Anne Foundation is a
Management body comprised of eight
Municipalities that include: Town of Onoway,
Whitecourt, Woodlands County, Lac Ste. Anne
County, Town of Mayerthorpe, Village of

Our Mandate
The Lac Ste, Anne Foundation manages 151
lodge/supportive living units, 113 senior selfcontained units, 22 community-housing
units, numerous private landlord rent
supplement designations and direct to
tenant rent supplement. The facilities
include Spruce View Lodge in Whitecourt (50
Units), Pleasant View Lodge in Mayerthorpe
(51 Units), Chateau Lac Ste, Anne in Onoway

for the following shared areas of

Mayerthorpe, Sangudo, Alberta Beach, Gunn
and Onoway, The Lac Ste. Anne Foundation
is responsible for ensuring safe and caring
accommodations to citizens at an affordable
cost; giving priority to those within the
geographical jurisdiction of the Foundation.
• Food Service-We provide 3 home cooked
meals daily, served in a central dining room,
Well balanced, nutritious, low sodium meals
• Nurse Call Pendants- Nurse Call
pendants are available for all Residents, If
you require assistance you can push the
button on the pendant which will alert the
Personal Care Services staff,

• Social/Recreational- The Foundation
provides optimal social and recreational
activities for all of Its residents, Some pastimes
include crafts, bingo, exercise and various
