Short Guide on Accepting Your Housing Offer
Accepting Housing Offers
First of all congratulations on receiving an offer for accommodation with the University of
London. It is very important that you accept or reject your offer for accommodation before the
deadline mentioned in our offer email. Once you have received an offer for accommodation via
the University of London you will need to create a new account with us if you don’t yet have an
account. There will be a link included in your offer email, which will take you to the below site.
Please select the ‘New User’ option as indicated below. Please keep in mind that in order to
complete the process of accepting your accommodation offer you will need to make your deposit
payment using a credit or debit card. So please have your card details ready.
If you have already got an account on our website (the system will prompt you that there is
already an existing account for you) If you can’t remember you password then please click on the
RESET PASSWORD option.
Enter the details as in the example below: (your student ID is the reference number sent to you
in the offer email)
Once you click RESET, you will be taken back to the login page, enter your log in details now.
Creating your Accommodation Account
Clicking on the ‘New User’ tab will take you to the below page where you have to fill in your
personal details and create a password for your account. The ‘Reference Number’ will be included
in your offer email. The ‘Reference Number’ is NOT your university student number or any other
reference you have received in the process of applying for your degree programme at your
university. Once you have completed this section press ‘Continue’ to proceed with accepting your
accommodation offer.
Please enter the additional information as requested and proceed by clicking on the ‘Next’ tab.

You will then be taken to the following page on which you will then need to click on the ‘Finish’
tab.
You will then automatically receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. This email
will read as the below sample and contain links for you to confirm your registration and proceed.
IMPOTANT! Please make sure you close down all your browser windows before you click on
the links contained in this email, as failure to do so will only take you back to the previous
confirmation page.

or by pasting it into your browser.

and paste the confirmation code into the text box on that page: Q3JQK0 ”
The link contained in the email will take to the below page. Usually the confirmation code will
already be in the little box, if not please copy it from the email and insert it into the box and then
click on ‘Confirm Code’.
You will then be taken to the below page. Simply press continue and your account registration is
complete.
NOW enter the log in details you have created and login to your account.
Accepting your accommodation offer
After logging into your account you will be taken the below page. Click on ‘Proceed to offer’
After checking your details click on ‘Proceed to Terms and Conditions’
After proceeding to the Terms and Conditions you will be taken to the below page. Please tick
all the boxes provided and then click on the ‘Continue’ Tab.
Nearly done! This is the final stage of confirming your housing offer and tenancy contract. If you
agree with all terms and conditions simply press ‘Continue’ as seen below, after which you will
be redirected to the payment page to pay your deposit for your room.
This is the final stage. You have been redirected to our payment page. Make your deposit payment
by simply entering your debit or credit information and clicking the ‘Pay Now’ tab.
If your payment was successful this will be indicated and you will further receive an email from
confirming the payment you have made. Having completed this process means that you have
accepted your accommodation offer and thereby secured your room. Closer to the move-in date
you will then be contacted with further information regarding your accommodation. Should you
