1. GRAND GRILL-OFF: 22 celebrity athlete/chef teams
entertain 2,500 fans who Eat, Drink, Vote for their
favorite grill recipe, Meet & Greet NFL Gridiron greats
for photos & autographs, & Compete in cornhole – a
bean-bag tailgate game! (1PM – 6PM)
2. TAILGATE ZONE: Pre-Concert Tailgate Festival
featuring premium cocktails, food, music & interactive
games where fans compete against NFL greats and
collect photos & autographs. (3PM – 7PM)
3. CONCERT: Live concert starring a nationally
recognized recording artist. Concert venue
concessions will feature sponsor premium bars.

Publix Retail Program: Starting in 2013, the
Gridiron Grill-OFF plans to expand its retail
activation into Publix Supermarkets through it’s
Apron’s Cooking School by integrating celebrity
athlete & chef inspired Grill-Off recipes on the
Apron’s menu during the months leading up to the
Grill-Off. The promotion will be specifically
designed to increase awareness of the Apron’s
Cooking School, the Gridiron Grill-OFF brand and
increase product sales for participating Grill-OFF
