WHAT IS A PSL?
A PSL is a Permanent
Seat License, a one-time
purchase that transfers
the rights of the seat
from the team to the
individual. As long as
the season tickets are
renewed each season,
the PSL allows the
owner to control the
destiny of their seat.
Most teams in sold out
stadiums do not permit
you to hand down or transfer your season ticket rights.
Not so for Baltimore Ravens’ PSL owners. Control of
your season tickets is turned over to you by the
Baltimore Ravens upon your one-time purchase of a
PSL. It will be your call who gets your tickets next.

WHAT IS THE LIST?
With Baltimore Ravens PSLs reaching a sold out
status, The List was created as a means for interested
buyers to get access to available PSLs. The List gives
individuals the opportunity to be part of an exclusive
club who’s members will be first in line when PSLs
become available. If you are already a PSL owner, this
is your opportunity to add seats or refer a friend or
family member who is interested in becoming a PSL
owner.

The majority of communications with list members will be made via email.

THE BASICS
• An initial payment of $50 per seat is required to join.
• A flat $25 annual maintenance fee is required for
accounts not receiving seats in a given year.
• A maximum of 6 PSLs are allowed per waiting
list account.
• All monies paid towards The List will be applied
towards your eventual PSL purchase and are
non-refundable.
• You own your position on the list.
• This is a “Closed List” (only 3000 members).
• Your position on The List can be sold or transferred.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
• Completed applications can be submitted via
website, mail, fax, phone or in person at the
Ravens ticket office.
• Upon acceptance to The List you will receive a
packet including a contract, owner’s manual,
transfer form and position on The List.
• Because inventory is limited, specific seating
requests are not accepted.
• Membership is not official until full payment
is received.
WHILE I’M WAITING
• An annual notification of your position on The List.
• E-newsletters
• In-Print Magazines
• Ticket offers to various stadium events
when possible.
• Other special offers when available.
• Seating options may become available each
year if existing PSL owners fail to renew.
• You are responsible to keep your account
data up to date at all times.
WHEN A SEATING OFFER IS MADE
• We hope to be able to offer three different
seating options.
• A PSL payment plan will be available.
• If you do not accept the seats offered, you
may stay on the list for one year. In year two
you must either accept the seats offered or
be dropped from The List.
• Offers will be made by phone typically
between the months of June and July
each year.
WHAT IF I ALREADY OWN PSL’S?
• The List is a method to purchase additional PSLs.
• The List is a method to obtain a new PSL
location (Ravens will not exchange or buy
back existing PSL’s).
• Once The List is full the same number of new
members will be added to The List each year as
were helped the previous year.
