Delivery
Delivery fees will vary depending
on location; however, delivery to the
majority of the Greater Toronto Area
is $20.00 plus HST.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds on items ordered from

inspired by three very different individuals, brought together by their
love and passion for good and wholesome farm to fork food.

A favourite in the Beretta household, Cynthia’s Frisee &
Winter Green Salad is topped with Warm Wild Mushrooms,
Beretta Bacon, Shaved Radish and Crispy Shallots, all tossed
in a Lemon-Dill Dressing and topped with a poached farm
fresh egg.

and sustainable ingredients, Chef Tom Brodi brings over 15 years of experience
to the table. From beginning his career at the prestigious Vaughan Estates, to
holding the position of Chef de Cuisine of Canoe Restaurant to opening up
TOCA by Tom Brodi, Brodi’s portfolio focuses on fine dining, with experience
from a variety of esteemed restaurants across North America.
Currently based out of Toronto, in 2012 Chef Tom Brodi opened Chef Tom Brodi
and Co, which focuses on private Chef dinners and catering events.

dining skills at several Toronto establishments including Liberty Grand, The
Court House, and Rose Water Supper Club. While employed at Jamie Kennedy’s
Wine Bar, Paula developed an interest in the local and sustainable food
movement, which naturally led her to Beretta. Her endless creativity and passion
for flavour ensures that you will savour everything on the menu.
Available for $75 per guest, this seasonal menu has been created to delight your taste buds while providing an authentic farm to fork culinary experience.
Perfect for lunch at the office, a holiday party, or dinner with the family, you can feel good about serving up this Wintery menu, featuring Beretta proteins and
premium organic and conventional produce.
