He has extensive experience in gaming law and frequently assists gaming companies in its dealings with the Swedish market and Swedish authorities and courts. Stefan Widmark also represents Aftonbladet’s former Editor-in-Chief Anders Gerdin and Aftonbladet in the pending criminal case that was recently argued before the European Court of Justice and that is expected to have a decisive effect on whether or not the Swedish Lotteries Act will be deemed by Swedish courts to be in conflict with EU law. > Thomas Mattsson - Editor in chief - Expressen Thomas Mattsson is the Editor-in-Chief of the Swedish daily Expressen. He was the 2007 Chair of the International Association of Gaming Regulators. A former deputy minister in the Ministry for Police and Justice Affairs, Mr. Hamar has also served as a political advisor in the Ministry for Transport and Communication, including 25 years’ experience with politics and state administration.
