Pre-planning enables families to procure information and make reasoned decisions regarding after-death wishes and needs. From 9:30-11 a.m., Wednesday, June 25, the Yolo County Commission on Aging & the Area 4 Agency on Aging will hold a discussion on keeping seniors independent into their later years. It’s also an opportunity for seniors to state what matters most regarding their independence. Let us know if you’re concerned about Transportation, Housing, Home Care, etc. in your later years. Join the conversation! A first time organizational meeting to preplan will be discussed at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18. Several helpful tools will be available for participants.
