Last year we added 8 new colors to our 700 Series Direct Print Plastisol Inks, which now cover 36 colors including four high pigment (HP) colors. In addition, this series also features our ProBrite™ 4-Color Process inks. The 700 Series is designed to reduce build-up on multi-color jobs and excel at automatic print applications. The high pigment colors were formulated for enhanced color saturation when printing on dark fabrics. “Our print experts have over 100 years of printing experience combined” 8 C entris TM Non-Phthalate The 7600 Series Direct Print Plastisol Inks were especially formulated for high performance during ultra high speed automatic printing processes. The ink is very creamy and short bodied, with low tack and for ease of printing, a greatly improved shear. 7600 is well suited for high definition and resolution, fine detail and half-tone printing. This year, we added 8 new colors to the 7600 Series. See the chart below for available colors. 9 INKS FOR NYLON When it comes to hard-to-print nylon, International Coatings™’ 900 Series Nylon Plastisol inks are recognized as the industry’s best. For over 30 years, this product has been an industry favorite. As easy to use as conventional plastisols, they are also just as durable. “Our nylon inks have been an industry standard for over three decades” This series is available in the following colors below in addition to the 901 White and 902 Black: Click on image for a video how-to demo They are fast-flashing, two-part ink systems specifically formulated for printing on nylon and print beautifully on non-woven poly bags as well. Combined with the 900 Catalyst, the 900 Series bonds with the nylon fabric for durable print. How-To Print on Nylon 10 C entris TM Non-Phthalate If color matching is a must for your nylon screen printing needs, then the UltraMix® 9000 Series Nylon Pantone® Color System is the solution. Formulated for nylon printing, this fast flashing system works well on dark or light colored nylon fabrics and is well-suited for fine detail and half-tone printing. Just as the 900 Series, the 9000 Series also works well on those hard-to-print poly bags. Just containing 13 primary colors plus black and white means fewer colors to stock for a whole range of Pantone® color matching system. Use the UltraMix® 9000 Series as your competitive advantage when printing on nylon. 11 COLOR MIXING SYSTEMS When PANTONE® color matching is key, International Coatings™ has the solution. Our Color System series are specifically formulated to provide simulations of the PANTONE® color standards. Our PANTONE® color systems offer tough, durable inks that will look great longer. We offer opaque inks designed for printing on dark-colored fabrics, high performance inks ideally suited for high-speed automatic printing, as well as inks for printing on nylon fabrics: UltraMix® 7500 Series UltraMix® 7500 Color Concentrate Series UltraMix® Pigment Dispersion System UltraMix® 9000 Nylon Series We make it easy for you to find exactly what you need. Please go to the Nylon catalog page (page 10) for more info and a copy of the color chart. 13 POLYESTER PERFORMANCE INKS A number of our customers asked us to develop a high-performance, ultra low bleed, low-curing ink for the many performance and moisture management fabrics in the market today. These fabrics were often problematic to print on since they contain a high percentage of polyester and stretch. That’s why we developed our 7100 Performance Pro™ Series of ultra low-bleed, non-phthalate, low-curing inks specifically formulated for today’s popular performance and stretch performance fabrics. Recently, we added 10 new colors to the series for a total of 19 popular colors. In tests we’ve conducted with large printers, all agreed that 7100 Performance Pro™ exceeds their expectations, works extremely well on a variety of performance fabrics with superior bleed blocking characteristics and stretchability. 14 C entris TM Non-Phthalate 7100 Performance Pro™ Series delivers a smooth finish when printed on athletic fabrics. The combined characteristics of low-bleed, low-cure, and stretchability makes this ink a practical and time-saving addition to any print shop. In addition, the colors are very opaque and come in 19 vibrant, popular athletic colors. Please see color chart below. Use this 7100 Performance Pro™ Series on tough-to-print athletic fabric jobs and combat possible dye migration with lower curing temperatures and high bleed blocking characteristics. 15 SPECIALTY & SPECIAL EFFECTS When vibrant colors and bright whites are not enough, International Coatings™ comes through with dimensional, shimmers, glitters, metallics and other special-effects inks to meet your needs. With the variety of additional bases, additives, reducers, and modifiers available in our specialty product line, there is no limit to what your imagination can produce. Imagine the possibilities. Together with Viz Reflectives, International Coatings™ developed two direct print reflective inks: Optilux® Reflective Plastisol (505)and Optilux® Enhanced Reflective Plastisol (507) inks as well the Optilux® Reflective Transfer System (950). All our Optilux® Reflectives contain innovative microscopic glass beads that reflect light similar to a mirror, thus making the Optilux® line of direct print inks the most powerful and brightest reflective product of its kind in the market. The retro-reflectivity of the product is best displayed when a garment printed with Optilux® is exposed to a focused beam of light, such as that from a flashlight or an automobile headlight. The glass beads then reflect or return light back to the light source. Both Optilux® 505 and 507 can be printed through fine meshes so printers realize substantially improved yields, fine detail and definition. 22 C entris TM Non-Phthalate OPTILUX® DIRECT PRINT (505) OPTILUX® ENHANCED (507) OPTILUX® TRANSFER SYSTEM (950) • • • • • • • Can be printed on a variety of substrates, including some nylons • Can be printed through mesh counts up to 230 • Two-part system including the 100 Coupler • • Has the appearance of a superior silver metallic shimmer during daylight hours Can be printed on a variety of substrates, including some nylons Can be printed through mesh counts up to 110 Two-part system including the 100 Coupler Ultra bright reflective transfer Two-part system of the Optilux® Transfer Adhesive (950) and the Optilux® Reflective Sheets (901) Can be printed on a variety of substrates, including some nylons Available by Special Order only Brightness Comparison: Optilux® Direct Print (505) Optilux® Enhanced (507) Optilux® Transfer (950) 23 RESOURCES WEBSITE FORMULATION CALCULATOR CONNECT WITH US Our website is full of information to help you.
