On behalf of the Shetland Sheepdog Club of SA, I would like to
thank all exhibitors and visitors to the 11th Shetland Sheepdog
National in Adelaide and hope that your time was enjoyable.
I would like to acknowledge all the hard work of the present and
past committee members who worked to organise this event.

4 From the Judge, Mr Ewing:
Firstly I would like to thank the hard working committee for
inviting me to judge this National and making my two days
as enjoyable and must complement them on how well the
show was run.
Then I must thank my stewards who did an excellent job
keeping everything running smoothly and allowing me to
finish each day in good time
Next I would like to thank all the exhibitors for entering
under me with as many quality exhibits my only down side I
hadn’t enough prize cards to hand out because the
exhibitors had done their homework well on what type of
dogs I like to give me this excellent entry of quality dogs.
Usually a judge writes a bit about what they find needs
addressed with their entry and all I can really ask is to watch
the size of some of the dogs; I can honestly say it’s one of
the best shows I’ve ever judged for breed type making my
job easy to judge mainly to type.
I won’t mention names but I would also like to thank the
people that made my stay in Australia as enjoyable from the
time I got of the plane till I got back on again with lots of new
friends and memories to last a life time.
