Justice Bowens Neville Boston Producer Is a graduate of UC Berkeley and has over 12 years of experience in finance and marketing. Most recently he served as the COO for KX Holding-Media Inc., an NYCbased marketing firm representing such clients as Microsoft Zune, Pepsi, Moet, Hennessy, The Bermuda Department of Tourism, Heineken, and XBOX. Previously he was the CMO at Crosswalk, a marketing firm, whose clients included Crown Royal, Baileys, Tanqueray, Ciroc, and Smirnoff. Producer Is a native of Los Angeles, grew up in the San Fernando Valley. He spent most of his youth competing in track and field, martial arts, boxing and watching a ton of TV. Justice skipped film school to work under music video genius Dave Myers (Missy Elliot, Pink), John Baptiste-Mondino (Madonna) and film director John Singleton (2 Fast 2 Furious, Shaft). After studying his mentors, Justice went on to direct music videos for multiplatinum artists such as P.O.D. and Thievery Corporation. He co-produced and directed a PSA for the Variety Boys & Girls Club, which featured his close Mr.Boston helped finance the pilot, “Soulmates” and helped secure some of the talent in 2005. Costen began his career with Master P establishing one of the industry’s most successful record labels of the 90’s by producing projects for Master P, TRU, West Coast Bad Boys, and the Down South Hustlers. In 1998, he created his own label Me & Mine Entertainment and signed Short Stop label owner and artist Lil’ Troy. The label gained instant success with the hit record “Wanna Be a Baller” from the Platinum album Sitting Fat Down South (#13 on Billboard top 200 albums). In the early-2000s, Costen partnered with former MCA President, Ken Wilson to produce the independent film Reverend Do Wrong Ain’t Right starting BET Comic View’s Lester “Memphis Red” Bibbs. Costen is featured in Dan Charnas’ book The Big Payback: The History of the Business of Hip-Hop.
