Millennials age 29-38 (55 %), and men (30%) main consumers. • Consumers interested in cold brew are curious and enjoy trying new styles of coffee preparation • Starbucks launched its cold-brew coffee into 2,800 stores in July 2015. Peet’s Coffee replaced its iced coffee with cold-brew increasing its cold coffee sales by 70% and Caribou Coffee introduced a Crafted Press cold-brew drink in its stores. • McDonald’s reportedly spent $100 million dollars on the cold coffee war in their McCafe line .
