Fiscal year 2015 was record breaking- MVFB surpassed our goal and distributed over 3 million pounds of healthy food. That’s enough for more than 2.5 million meals! With a modest sized staff operating in a donated mill building, we would not be able to successfully serve our mission without you and your passion to fight hunger. Because of your dedication to helping those in need, we have been able to ease the burdens endured by many by providing them with nutritious food so that our neighbors can meet their own financial obligations AND maintain their nutrition. Because of YOU supporting the Merrimack Valley Food Bank, children, seniors, veterans, disabled, and working families are able to work (or seek work), learn, and LIVE. We are very excited to continue our success as we enter our 25th anniversary year in 2016. With sincerest appreciation, Jimmy Good Amy L. Pessia President Executive Director 1 2014-2015 MERRIMACK VALLEY FOOD BANK Food Distribution Mobile Pantry Operation Nourish Community Market Food Rescue Summer Lunch Our primary operation that distributes food to our community through over 120 member agencies and other MVFB Programs.
