The Carson-based company completed 62 projects since 2000, including new construction and renovations. Watson Land primarily develops industrial properties and has facilities in Carson and Rancho Dominguez. HOLLYWOOD: J.H. Snyder Co. is currently working on several projects, including 1601 Vine St., an office building which broke ground last year.
