A customer may dispute a bill, or any charge on a bill, by calling, writing or visiting a Customer Service & Sales Representative at GRTI offices. The Customer Service & Sales Representative will investigate the question or dispute and report the findings to the customer. GRTI will not disconnect service for non-payment of a disputed charge while GRTI investigates, provided that all other undisputed charges are paid when due. If the customer is dissatisfied with the results of the investigation, he or she may request a meeting with the Disconnect Day Current Bill Due GRTI Closed Close at 12 PM Customer Service & Sales Supervisor. If still dissatisfied, the dispute may be taken to the General Manager, who will have the final authority to resolve the dispute. Ay any time in the process the customer will have the opportunity to present any facts or documents relating to the disputed bill. Only after this process is completed, and if the matter is resolved in GRTI’s favor, will service be disconnected.
