A part of the Regulations
for Management of the Unemployment Insurance Special Account (Ministry
of Labor Instructions
No. 5, Dec. 1947) shall be amended as follows:

In Article 2, "Unemployment
Insurance"
shall read uUnemployment Insurance
Special
Account n
and the following
paragraph
shall be added:

In case the post vacated by the director
of bureau and the chief of section -as provided
for in the
preceding paragraph
remain to be filled up because of their removal, change or death, the official who
acts the duties of the director
of bureau and the chief of section shall be regarded
as the director
of
bureau and the chief of section.
Next of the Article 4, Paragraph
2, the following
paragraph
shall ba added ;
In case post vacated by the advance funds accounting official as provided for in the preceding
paragraph remains to be filled up because of his removal, change or death, the provision
of Article
29 Paragraph 2 shall be applied
to mutatis mutandis.

Wages" shall ba amended to read as "the Basic Amounts of
Prevailing
Wages ".

Of Par. 6, (b), " Heavy Weight" shall be amended as " Work handling
goods of heavy weight, or large
measure," and the following
item shall take the place of item d, and item d shall ba read as item e
In case a regular worker, whose wage is paid at the monthly rate, supports dependents,
a maximum
family
allowance of ¥250 per head per month, for each rnembar chiefly dependent
upon the workers
income.
