Burke Precast Chemicals
True high performance precast chemical
products, the Burke Precast Chemicals
have been thoroughly tested and proven.
Our product line includes release agents,
curing compounds, finishing aids, cure
and hardeners, sealers, epoxy adhesives
and more.
Welded Wire Girders
Our welded wire girders designed to
properly transfer and distribute the
loading to the wythes without having
any problematic “solid sections”
between the wythes. Our product connects the wythes through the insulating
material and is designed to expand and
contract with the independent thermalinduced movements of the outer wythe
without causing any high stress points.
The system allows for 100% composite
action between the two concrete wythes
and the insulation.
NC Threaded Inserts
Our comprehensive line of NC threaded
inserts are designed for versatility
and manufactured to efficiently distribute bolt stresses into the concrete.
Testing and field use have proven
their performance.

Halfen Anchoring System
The Halfen Anchoring System offers
a variety of engineered channel-type
anchors to meet the demands of
today’s precast concrete industry. Easy
installation, flexibility of design, high
strength, durable and performance
proven are all features of the system.
High Strength Coil Rod
Our continuous coil rod is manufactured and stocked in 12’-0’’ lengths.
Special lengths are avail- able up to
20’-0”. Requires minimum two (2)
Standard CN-5 Coil Nuts or one (1)
Heavy CN-25 Coil Nut to develop full
safe work load. May be cut with
carborundum blades without thread
damage.
Coil Inserts
Meadow Burke manufactures many
coil inserts and accessories that are
implemented and effectively used in
the lifting and handling of precast
concrete elements. Unusual and/or
complicated lifting problems are often
accomplished with a coil insert solution.

Burke Erector Connector
The Erector Connector System is a
unique solution designed to effectively
connect adjoining concrete double
tees or concrete wall panels. The
System is comprised of a Type A and
Type B connector and faceplates for
easy installation. Optional System
products include a magnetic face plate
and tension reinforcement bars.
Precast Braces
A precast panel is not a completed wall
immediately upon lifting. Braces are
necessary to resist wind forces until
permanent connections are made.
Meadow Burke braces are designed for
use with the Meadow Burke Brace
Badger, Slam Anchor, Super Bolt, MB
Brace Bolt, or with cast-in-place B- 75,
BI-75 and BG-75 coil inserts only.
Rebar Splicing
The ZAP Screwlock
The Threaded Splice System is designed to eliminate protruding rebar
problems, offering complete workman
safety, and reduces the need for
expensive rebar protectors.
The ZAP Screwlock® is a high strength
mechanical rebar connection device
available for splicing #4 through #11
rebar. No rebar end preparation is
required.
