Villa Aria includes two living and lounging areas with fireplace, a dining area for twelve and a fully
equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, coffee maker,
toaster) with a dining table. There are also four main bedrooms with queen size beds (one on a loft) plus
one bedroom with twin beds (joined), three full bathrooms (two of them with bathtub and shower and
one with a shower) and a fitness room with a treadmill.
The outdoor areas include a large private swimming pool, sunbeds, and a variety of patios, terraces,
seating and dining areas overlooking the sea of the eastern Aegean. One of the main advantages of the
villa is the way the sun and its luminous train covers it from its sunrise till its dawn.
