Bubble Smash Sports Grades 6-8 (entering)
Bubble Smash Sports is the fast-paced new sport that lets you, bash, crash and smash your way
across the field. Most often used for soccer games, the bubble suits keep you safe, while letting
you land the biggest of hits. While bubble sports can be high contact and perhaps look dangerous,
the suits protect you from constant bashing and smashing. The referee’s job is to ensure that play is
always conducted safely.
Plan to bring your own water! T-shirts and knee-length shorts are most comfortable when wearing a
bubble ball. Jeans are not recommended. No clothing with sharp or pointy objects. While not mandatory or
completely necessary, kneepads are recommended as there is lots of falling and bouncing involved
and many players get up using their knees. Plan to remove all jewelry or anything that could fall off
or break during athletic play. Wear contacts if you can, but if that is not an option, plan to use a band
to secure your eyeglass frames.

St. Anthony Swim Club
We are bringing individualized attention,
training, and encouragement to the young,
aspiring swimmers in our area. We will be
working on refining our skills and increasing
endurance. This swim club is for those who
want to make swimming a lifetime sport/fitness
regime and for those who are interested in
joining their high school swim teams someday.
We will focus on the four main competitive
strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke,
and freestyle. We will work all of our bodies,
every muscle. It won't be like training for the
Olympics, but we will be training our bodies
to do a multitude of motions in the water
and we will improve our understanding of
hydrodynamics.
Swimmers will be grouped into lanes based
on endurance. Depending on your child's
ability, we will do anywhere between 200
and 1200 yards each practice. Any swimmer
that is at a level 4 or higher is welcome (see
aquatics description for level 4 requirements).
