• Runway 23 noise abatement run to 255’, to
climb over Town Center to 1,500’
• Recommend jets use NBAA noise abatement
procedures
• Right-hand traffic pattern on Runway 23
• Left-hand traffic pattern on Runway 5, with righthand arrivals from the east
