The plant will create more than 110 engineering and construction jobs during construction and 17 full-time positions once operational in the first half of 2017. Mr Ayling added: “When we visited some facilities, we found there are so many procedures in place to ensure the discharge is a lot cleaner than ■ Turn to page 4 L OV E of p h o to g r ap Check out th e Tog Squad’s HMH-EO3-S2 High Street, Hoddesdon, EN11 8BE Visit www.broxbourne.gov.uk/leisure @ thespotlightuk the_spotlight local news all day every day dshirem hertfor ed need TLChouse intion for e loca prim @ thespotlightuk www.howefencing.co.uk 01920 822055 2016 , MARC SDAY THUR uk/ Thursda y, March 5, 2015 take on amou r - pa hy ges 30 & 31 BOROUGH OF BROXBOURNE www.enjoybroxbourne.co.uk
