Snoopy’s would like to welcome the newest member of our management team, Nick Jusino. Nick is the new manager of our 3600 Hillsborough Street store. He started a little over a month ago and has quickly bonded with his crew and our regular customers. Nick has a great attitude and work ethic and geared for success. Welcome aboard Nick! RING IN THE NEW YEAR WITH THE SPCA OF WAKE COUNTY In 2015 Snoopy’s and our generous customers raised a total of $8,940 for the SPCA of Wake County! Charitable giving is what keeps the Wake County SPCA able to provide food, shelter and medical care for thousands of abandoned animals each year. Make 2016 the year you adopt a pet or make a donation to the SPCA of Wake County. NATIVE SONS MOTORCYCLE CLUB WINTER COAT DRIVE Our friends, The Native Sons Motorcycle Club & Toxic Customs Motorcycle & Hotrod Shop will be hosting their first annual Winter Coat Drive on Saturday, January 23, 2015 from 10:00 am5:00 pm. The Coat Drive will be held at Toxic Customs located at 1900 Al Boat Drive, Suite 105 in Raleigh. The event is rain or shine. Snoopy’s will have our hot dog cart out selling refreshments with a portion of the proceeds going toward the event. Snoopy’s is collecting winter coat donations at 2 of our locations until January 22nd. The gently worn coats, hats and gloves will be donated to Raleigh’s homeless population through the Raleigh Rescue Mission. It's thought that black eyed peas symbolize prosperity - according to someone who wrote on Wikipedia, "The peas, since they swell when cooked, symbolize prosperity; the greens symbolize money; the pork, because pigs root forward when foraging, represents positive motion." Seems like yesterday that we were all freaking out wondering what would happen at the stroke of midnight for the year 2000! The world has come a long way in 16 years and Raleigh has too. Snoopy’s is glad to have grown with Raleigh and we look forward to seeing our city grow and meeting all the new people that growth brings to the area. We look forward to seeing our loyal customers this year and we wish you all health & happiness! Cheers! Amy & The Snoopy’s Gang
