PARENTS: PLEASE…
Ensure that you have completed a
2015 Parks board Daycamp Consent
& Waiver Form for your child. We
will be unable to take your child
on out-trips if this form is incomplete and your child will be sent
home. Forms are available at our
Front Desk
Please dress your child appropriately
for the weather and ensure that they
have the necessary attire to participate in activities (e.g. swimsuit, hat,
sunscreen). Skate rentals will be
provided on the Ice Skating trip
Pack a nutritious lunch, snacks and
plenty of water for your child.
Refunds (less a $10.00 admin fee)
must be requested five business
days before your child is registered
Camp starts at 9:00am and children MUST BE picked up at
3:30pm. It is mandatory that you
call the front desk if you intend on
being late to pick up your child. If
you arrive after 3:45pm and have
not contacted the front desk staff
you will be required to pay a $10
late fee per child.
