primer and exterior polyester paint top coats. The paint acts as a
barrier protecting the underlying zinc coating.

To maximize stability and thermal insulation value, each door
section is filled with 100% CFC & HCFC free polyurethane foam
insulation using a continuous computer controlled process.
The result is a door which provides superior strength and
energy effieciency. The R value is 16.04.

Polyurethane is our choice of insulation because it boasts
important advantages over polystyrene. Its high density
composition delivers higher R-value per inch of thickness.
Polyurethane offers greater resistance to moisture reducing
the risk of mold or mildew. It also possesses dimensional
stability and will not soften or melt, remaining strong even at
elevated temperatures.

The T-16 comes in standard heights of 6.5’ through 10’,
with the standard headroom requirement of 12”, however
low headroom kits are available for special applications.
Additional door heights are available with increased
headroom requirements. Please consult your local
Steel-Craft authorized dealer for specific details on oversize
door requirements.

A multi-level Limited Warranty starting
with fifteen years against rust due to the
paint finish cracking, splitting or peeling.

Our galvanized steel offers a unique
combination of superior strength, light
weight and corrosion resistance. Zinc
