Alva and Alliance merged to form AXA – Alva Xinxing Alliance 1949 1991 1963 Albert Vandaele founds Alva to produce cookware products. 2014 1996 Lynns Concepts founds Xinxing Alliance Stainless Steel Co. Ltd. to start the cookware business. The Company’s background Belgium is the location of our headquarters for sales and marketing with a supporting office in Xinxing factory. Our products are targeted towards the medium high to premium market (=AA grade products) and we are capable of developing OEM to ODM products. With our competitive advantages in design, innovation, engineering and consistent high quality our factory and offices are well known in the industry. This enables us to make the commitment to you to provide the highest quality product requested. Non Stick Coating Line We were the first licensee with a Chinese non stick DuPont coating line for the stainless steel cookware industry. This set up guarantees quality, reduces production lead time by eliminating outsourcing. It speaks for itself that we have other coating suppliers as well (e.g. GMM, Weilburger, Whitford, ...). AXA International Limited The innovative manufacturer and designer of cookware products Our Test Facility At Xinxing, we have our own test facility in order to test the products in accordance with standards like EN 12983, BS 7096/6743, DIN 44904 and CMA standard. 3rd Party Testing We use well known testing laboraties for various inspections. In-Line Inspection By executing random checks during the production of the goods and by tracing the manufactured goods from start to finish, we ensure high quality and reliability towards our customers. Intellectual Property It is important to AXA to strictly control internal documentation according to ISO 9001. In addition, we proactively consult with the Intellectual Property Department of the Hong Kong Government. Raw Materials Our raw materials are supplied from Japan, Korea and a small portion from China. In order to maintain sufficient and well timed supply, we perform a detailed assessment before purchase. Besides that, we keep auditing the supplier. We continue to monitor the fluctuation of the materials in order to reduce any unnecessary cost towards our clients. Logistics The AXA factory is located in a less congested city which can help to reduce traffic delays. Precise planning by our factory allows a smooth flow of raw materials up to finished goods. Three sea ports in mainland China are available for overseas delivery and we also have an additional choice to deliver containers to HK cargo terminal.
