The Single Shaft Shredder is used for efficient shredding of
particularly hard materials like plastic purging, plastic profiles,
film, bottles, plastic packaging, pipes, hoses, electronic scraps,
gypsum, paper, calbe wood, and barks. Due to the large hoppers,
materials can be easily loaded to the machine.
Two Shaft Shredders
Two Shaft Shredders are used for pre-cutting large amounts of
material, or bulky materials like film, random plastic waste, wood
or drums. Due to a slow rotation speed, the shredders work at
low noise and dust level. The shredder shafts work into each
other and guarantee a fast size reduction procedure. For an even
better material feeding, two shaft shredders can be equiped with
a hydraulic force feeding device.

Recycling tires, plastic waste or electric equipment waste require
sophisticated plants. Our Turnkey Recycling Plants have proven
to be capable of meeting the market demands.
– Tire Recycling Plants are designed for recycling car and
truck tires for the production of clean rubber crumb and the
separation of steel and textiles. Due to a normal temperature
and a non-chemical processing technology, these plants are
cost-effective and do not create secondary pollution.
– Plastic recycling plants have functions of shredding, washing,
separation and drying for post-consumer or waste plastics
(rigid and film). The plant starts off with waste material and
ends up with clean, pure, and dry flakes, ready for palletizing,
injection or blow-molding.
– WEEE waste contains a big part of valuable rescources,
our task is to separate different types of material for reuse.
Flexible plants are proposed to handle refrigerators, printers,
TV sets, circuit boards, and cables.
– The scrap metal recycling plants are extremely heavy-duty
systems designed for processing scrap steel, electronic
waste (E-waste/WEEE), aluminum castings and profiles,
and ELV’s (End of Life Vehicles).

Granulators
Rotor Configurations
Spider Series
Scorpion Series
SP-Series Granulators are high-speed granulation machines
designed especially for the efficient size reduction of various
materials in a single pass. These machines are ideal for
processing a multitude of materials including plastics,
rubber, copper cable and organics.
The SC-Series heavy-duty Granulators are designed for high
throughput size reduction of large products in a single pass.
These machines are also ideal for secondary granulation,
when positioned behind pre-shredders in various types of
recycling systems. Incorporating various different methods
of wear protection, such as replaceable wear plates and
resistant surface coatings, the SC machines are well suited
to processing abrasive, contaminated materials such as
glass filled plastics and dirty films, which contain sands.
Standard Features:
–– Compact design minimizes on-site space requirements.
–– Inclined, split cutting chamber design.
–– Oversized, outboard spherical rotor bearings, which
prevents bearing damage due to product migration.
–– Precision machined rotors: forward set V-Rotor as
standard.
–– Replaceable wear plates at both ends of the rotor shaft.
–– Standard machines are prepared for air extraction.
–– Stand alone electrical control panel: using quality
Schneider (Telemecanique) components and Siemens
PLC control system.
–– Tested, approved and certified to the applicable CE
safety standards.
Standard Features
–– Strong welded construction made from heavy gauge
steel plates.
–– Inclined, split cutting chamber design.
–– Oversized, outboard spherical rotor bearings, which
prevents bearing damage due to product migration.
–– Precision machined rotors: forward set V-Rotor as
standard.
–– Manual, electric and hydraulic chamber opening
mechanisms: quick access to the cutting chamber for
maintenance and machine cleandowns.
–– Replaceable wear plates at either end of the rotor shaft.
–– Stand alone electrical control panel: using quality
Schneider (Telemecanique) components and Siemens
PLC control system.
–– Tested, approved and certified to the applicable CE
safety standards.
V-Rotor
C-Rotor
SP-Series
The standard open V-Rotor is suitable for most types of
material. The double shear V-configuration of the forward
set blades creates a highly efficient double scissor cut.
SP-Series
The C-Rotor is a heavy-duty, high inertia, semi-closed
design which creates a cascade cutting effect intended for
processing hard or thick materials and profiles.
S-Rotor
VS-Rotor
SP-Series
The S-Rotor is intended for lighter duty applications. The
greater shear angle and single shear design results in
better performance when processing flexible materials
such as plastic film.
SP-Series
A rear set V-rotor design with the blade mounted behind the
support is also available for certain lighter duty applications
or for the granulation of pre-shredded materials. This rotor
is standard for the SP600 model.
V-Rotor
C-Rotor
SC-Series
As standard, SC-series machines are supplied with our
open V-Rotor, which is suitable for most types of material.
The double shear V-configuration of the forward set blades
creates a highly efficient double scissor cut, and encourages
material to the centre of the cutting chamber. This results
in a reduction in power consumption, an even blade wear,
a reduced wear on the chamber sidewalls and an optimum
throughput. The open design of the rotor lets material
expand and move around and allows good airflow through
the machine. This protects the machine from heat buildup and the production of fines. Depending on the model,
granulators can be supplied with 3, 5, 7 or 9 rows of rotor
blades. A rear set V-rotor design (known as the VS-Rotor)
is also available for certain lighter duty applications.
SC-Series
The C-Rotor is a heavy-duty, high inertia, semi-closed
design intended for demanding applications. The larger
quantity of individual blades are held by strong supporting
segments and can be replaced piece by piece if required
This design creates a cascade cutting effect which is well
suited for processing hard or thick materials and is also a
popular choice when granulating profiles. Depending on
the model, the C-rotor is available with 3, 5 or 7 staggered
rows of blades.
