Overview
We engaged in many tender projects over the world with our unique
and economic solution. It brings us the confidence that our unique
design can help our partner to win their deal with the strength and
outstanding design concept.
The major function we emphasize in the vehicle DVR is1. Economic solution: compare with other mobile DVR, it's quite a low
cost and effective solution
2. Portable design: the main recorder body can be pulled out easily to
bring back to the stationary environment for video tracking. It
means user can use USB storage device in Desktop or Laptop to access
the file through USB port to get the file out.
3. The vehicle DVR device goes with an unique function- serve a
CF (Compact Flash) card slot to accept the CF storage card.
The major function of this slot is for collision and menu trigger once
the accident occurred, the collision trigger can trigger the image file be
stored to CF card for evidence use for last minute recording. As we all
know, Hard Disk is fragile, the entire Hard Disk may be damaged by
the unexpected collision or vibration. We design the CF trigger
system to take over the fragile data issue.
4. Wired Remote Controller
DR-101 goes with the Wired Remote Controller (optional) design. It
can be installed under the seat of driver; trunk or wherever it is
expected to be installed and user can controller it via the wired remote
controller.

Portable Design
Portable design is helpful for device management, no matter outer
housing is fixed on the vehicle or not. Administrator could configure
the system value or download recorded images at control center.
Mount Design
(Mounting Brackets)
There is no default consideration for mounting DVR system when the
vehicle is made from factory. To have a convenient and good
mounting peripheral for HS-DR101 is very important.

In Status B：HS-DR101 faces the vibration is over 42 Hz,
“Protect Function” is active at this moment. The situation is over
8 seconds and system discard all. It means no images are
recorded at the time frame.

In Status D,E and F：The “Protect Function “ is active but doesn’t
exceed the Maximum Limited in the buffer. So the images are
well recorded.
Buffer Design works to prevent the damage of HDD
Air Flow
It’s very important to take the issue of airflow when we talk about the
machine use in vehicle. Sometimes, the closed environment inside the
vehicle makes it difficult for the machine to work smoothly. Especially
for the critical mission of video recording. Our lab engineers design 2
fans for airflow consideration..

2.Connect USB cable (A-A type) to HS-DR101 USB port
3.Power On HS-DR101
4.Connect USB cable to PC USB port
5.Double click “My Computer” at PC Double click “Removable HDD(D:) or (E:) or …”,
depends on the Logic HDD system has.
There are 2 main purpose of USB interface: mass storage backup &
software upgrade.

Lab Testing
Our engineer has finished CRITICAL testing for HS-DR101:
Vibration under 33Hz, continuous recording, 720x240 recording
resolution, 10 fps, last up to 24 hours. The result is good and it means
HS-DR101 can do well when the vehicle keeps on going at specific
time frame.
