Natural Rubber 25-99 Shore A
Natural rubber based compound for
general roller use requiring toughness
and dynamic properties.
Excellent resilience to abrasion, dent &
tear. Natural rubber has very good load
bearing properties.
E.P.D.M. 20-95 Shore A
E.P.D.M. compounds offer toughness &
excellent chemical resistance against
Acids, caustics, Ketones, alcohols and
Esters.
E.P.D.M. has also a great temperature
resistance of 170 degrees C. Can also
be mixed with silicone for a greater
temperature resistance of 200 degrees
C.
Nitrile Rubber 15-95 Shore A
The most popular in the market place
today. Nitrile can also be blended
with a variety other substances for
release, temperature and durability.
Carboxylated Nitrile make an
excellent alternative to polyurethane’s
as they offer outstanding heat
abrasion resistance and toughness.
Hydrogenated Nitrile offers
outstanding heat and abrasion
resistance. PTFE Impregnated Nitrile
(Teflon) has excellent release of water
and some solvent based glues to
prolong the life of the roller, saving
money on costly regrinds.
Hypalon Rubber 30-95 Shore A
Hypalon compounds are tough and hard
wearing for dry applications. Excellent ozone
resistance.
