Hard facts in a software package PaveComp will be your best friend in management of asphalt jobs. It presents recommendations on screeds, tractor units and rollers in order to to optimize the result of your specific job. A range of asphalt mixes are included in the program, and compaction needs related to layer thickness are considered. PaveComp automatically calculates rolling speed, frequency, amplitude and number of passes to reach the required density. CompBase is a database containing compaction data for Dynapac rollers and light equipment on seven different types of soil. Selecting soil type and machine will give the required number of passes and time consumption for the desired degree of compaction. planer equipment Prepare for better results Preparation sets the quality of the end result. Dynapac’s cold planers combine precision and manoeuvrability with high capacity and efficient functionality. Reduced noise, large power reserves and a strong focus on the operator’s environment and comfort have been the design cornerstones. Compact Planer, PL350T Compact Planers, PL500T/PL500TD The three-wheel compact planer is ideal for partial repairs of asphalt and concrete pavements, as well as removing of surfaces in buildings. Excellent manoeuvrability allows precision cutting around manhole covers; the right fold-in supporting wheel is for cost-effective cutting alongside curbs or walls. The ballast weights are removable which adds flexibility when using the PL350T inside buildings. The PL500 models are highly manoeuvrable, hydraulically powered compact planers. A quick release rear conveyor and a three- or four-wheel drive unit with traction control are significant features. The PL500 efficiently removes asphalt pavements up to a cutting depth of 160 or 200 mm at 500 mm cutting width. By the superior manoeuvrability, both models offer capacity combined with precision, even for cutting around manhole covers. working width ◄ Compact Planers Working width (mm) Rated Power (hp) 350 100 Cummins B3.3-C60 60 PL500T 500 160 Cummins QSB 4.5-C110 110 PL500TD 500 200 Cummins QSB 4.5-C113 130 250 Cummins QSB 5.9-30-TAA 173 ◄ 1 000 Large Planers Working width (mm) The PL1000RS is a highly manoeuvrable, hydraulically powered medium-sized planer with a quick release rear loading system. The planers are hydrostatically driven by four steered track drives, and equipped with a front discharge conveyor system. The cutting drum is driven mechanically, by powered belts. Practical standard equipment and a range of options combined place these planers among the most capable of cold planers. ◄ The operator in control All Dynapac planer models offer an excellent operator platform. 7 paver equipment Pave the way for profitability Dynapac has a long-earned reputation of outstanding reliability, uptime and end result quality. We strongly believe that our real-life based engineering philosophy is one of the main reasons. Powerful engines, advanced traction design and precision steering are obvious highlights, and the finished surface is a powerful statement. Wheeled pavers Tracked pavers Mobile feeders Dynapac’s wheeled pavers are truly versatile. Proven reliability from many years of operation in various applications makes it the ideal choice for urban roads. The optional frontwheel drive with standard anti-spin system can be engaged and disengaged by the driver and allows the different amount of traction force required by the paver (depending on the construction site) to be adapted to the conditions of use. Our tracked pavers are designed for no-compromise operation. Long track drives enable maximum traction and the crawler speed is electronically, and non-incrementally, adjusted to any type of working condition. The tracks compensate for uneven ground level, and furthermore they are sealed and lifetime-lubricated for minimum maintenance. With a non-contacting element between transport vehicles and pavers, seamless and efficient finishing of any surface becomes simple and trouble-free. The asphalt mix is forwarded by a heat resistant rubber … via an automatically controlled and height adjusted conveyor belt at the front of the feeder. ◄ Small Wheeled Pavers Basic width (m) F6W F6-4W ◄ 1.70 4.10 52 1.70 4.10 52 Medium Wheeled Pavers Basic width (m) F121-WD F121-4W/D F121-6W/D F141-WD F141-4W/D F141-6W/D ◄ Max work. width (m) Rated output (kW) 5.80 120 2.55 6.60 120 2.55 7.30 120 2.55 6.60 140 2.55 7.30 140 2.55 8.10 140 Large Wheeled Pavers Basic width (m) F161-W F161-6W F161-8W Max work. width (m) Rated output (kW) 2.55 ◄ Small Tracked Pavers Basic width (m) F4C F5C F5CS F6C 1.20 3.10 33 1.20 3.10 33 1.20 3.10 45 1.70 4.40 52 ◄ Medium Tracked Pavers Basic width (m) F121C F141C F141CR 8.20 120 2.55 9 140 2.55 9 145 ◄ Large Tracked Pavers 2.55 7.30 153 2.55 8.10 153 2.55 8.80 153 F181C F182CS F300CS ◄ Mobile Feeders MF250 MF300C Hopper capacity (m3) Feed capacity (m3/h) Max conveyor feed capacity (t/h) 6 1440 3000 8.50 3000 5000 Max paving width (m) Rated output (kW) 2.55 Basic width (m) Max work. width (m) Rated output (kW) Max paving width (m) Rated output (kW) Max paving width (m) Rated output (kW) 3 10 153 3 13.50 172 3 16 259 9 screeds Go wide and smooth Dynapac offers a range of screeds in widths up to 16 meters. With our tools for analysis you can monitor and document the parameters that set the standard. Compaction Analyzer - Asphalt Compaction Analyzer - Soil Careful planning of the compaction passes increases quality and saves fuel. Dynapac DCA-A helps the operator ensure an even number of passes over the entire area, and calculates the optimized pattern with respect to asphalt temperature. The data from the on-board computer can be transferred for further analysis and printing. For a contractor it is a clear benefit to submit clear and concise documentation of a well-performed completed job. Soil compaction can be complicated. Depending on what’s underneath the base or sub-base layer, the compaction result can differ. The heart of the DCA-S is the compaction meter, which provides the Compaction Meter Value, representing the stiffness of the soil. The DCA-S with the optional DGPS-receiver provides accurate positioning to the compaction measurement and the information is presented to the operator in real time. At the same time DCA-S stores the information as documentation of the compaction process. The GPS-receiver provides accurate positioning of the roller Two temperature sensors constantly monitor the asphalt temperature The pass-count and asphalt temperature are presented in real-time on the operator screen providing vital information for a successful compaction job. Rear temperature sensor. 15 soil rollers Getting the job done on time and on budget Superior Compaction Performance Soil compaction performance depends on many parameters. Static linear load, vibration characteristics and drum dimensions are just a few of them. But performance goes beyond the roller itself. Prior to trowelling, the concrete can be treated with the Dynapac vacuum pump and suction mats vacuum treatment; a highly efficient vacuum dewatering system which reduces the water contents 20-25% and increases both compression and wear resistance. The risk of concrete shrinkage is also lessened. External vibrators Vibrating beams Submersible drainage pumps Vibrating beams and modular screeds have an in-depth compaction effect on concrete slabs. Beams are double-profile electrically or petrol powered. Finishing beams for levelling without rails or support are also available. Trowels From edgers to double ride-on trowels, including single trowels in petrol or electrically powered versions. Dynapac offers an extensive range of trowels to fulfil all trowelling and finishing jobs. Vibrators are available in electric versions for high, medium or low frequency, completed by a series of pneumatic vibrators to cope with all pre-cast construction site requirements. The Weda line of dewatering submersible pumps handles easily all the water you normally see on a construction site. The wear resistance, light weight and service friendliness are well-known design features. Capacities up to 20,000 lit/min and 85 m head. ◄ Pokers AA AZ AT AY AX AN SMART Electric 3.25 - 6.25 Asphalt BV20A BV21C BV30 Poker vibrators Type of energy 3.25 - 10.50 Petrol With sections up to 15 m (electric, petrol), up to 25 m (pneumatic) Electric, petrol, pneumatic 2 Electric 2 Petrol 1.8 - 4.2 Petrol Dia, mm Asphalt Type of vibration 25 - 75 Pendulum 25 - 55 Pendulum 29 - 59 High Cycle 26 - 155 Pneumatic 40 - 65 High Frequency 25 - 90 High Frequency 25 - 65 Electronic ◄ Submersible drainage pumps Max capacity WEDA 10 WEDA 30N/L WEDA 40 WEDA 50N/H/L WEDA 60L/H WEDA 70L/H WEDA 90L/H WEDA 100 WEDA WP300 WEDA 60S sludge Max. head, m Rated output, kW 600 l /min 16 1.0 1 400 l / min 23 2.0 1 500 l / min 20.5 3.0 3 300 l / min 42 4.7 2 900 l / min 52 7.5 4 700 l / min 72 11.8 6 300 l / min 85 26.5 20 200 l / min 41 54 275 l / min 11.5 0.5 1 000 l / min 24 7.5 21 Optimize instead of maximize We all know that the whole idea with compaction is to reach the correct set of parameters for the work in question. There is no point in overdoing anything – it only costs time and fuel, without improving the final result. The Dynapac Compaction Optimizer, DCO, is an innovative system based on the well-proven compaction meter. The stiffness of the ground constitutes the input value for the setting of amplitude of the vibratory drum. The operator has full control and every aspect of the project benefits from this. Soft ground Hard ground 2 1 When the adjustable weight (2) is rotated so that it goes to the position shown in the picture above, there is an amplitude of 100%. (mm) 2 1 Amplitude (%) Amplitude (%) Fuel consumption All the dynamic energy from the drum can be absorbed by the ground. 22 Ready compacted ground 1 When the adjustable weight (2) is rotated so that it is in the position shown in the picture above, there is an amplitude of 50%. (mm) 2 Amplitude (%) Amplitude (%) Fuel consumption The drum readjusts so that less dynamic energy is supplied to the ground from the drum. When the adjustable weight (2) is rotated so that it is in the position shown in the picture above, forces balance each other out, and the resulting amplitude is 0. (mm) Amplitude (%) Amplitude (%) Fuel consumption The drum is reset to a minimum of vibrations. parts & service Taking your business to a higher level People and organization – Our competence: your benefit Logistics and distribution – Any time, any place Dynapac Original Parts – Protect your investment Service Contracts – Get peace of mind Training – From theory to practice Technical support – Making your daily life easier The Dynapac service organization is established in 150 countries.
