Wannamoisett Country Club is a private member-owned facility that was founded in 1898 and is located just outside of Providence, Rhode Island. The Donald
Ross gem was built in 1914 and played host to the 1931 PGA Championship as well as the 2016 Junior PGA Championship. The club hosts the Northeast
Amateur annually and was ranked #32 Classic Course by GolfWEEK Magazine. It also can be found on Links Magazine’s list of Top 100 Most Prestigious
Clubs in the world.
Leadership
• Managed the Outside Operations department of 8 seasonal employees and 2 PGM Interns including hiring, scheduling, and
overseeing the operating budget of $55,000
• Oversaw and implemented new training procedures for the club caddie program comprised of 45 plus young men and
women
• Aided in the development of the Wannamoisett University Internship Program which developed and trained our
PGM Interns
• Communicated effectively with the staff through weekly email updates, staff meetings, and routine performance review
Customer Service
• Ensured the membership and guest received the “Wannamoisett Experience” 100% of the time through quality staff
training, communication with staff, and effective evaluation of our service standards

Tournament Operations

Metedeconk National Golf Club is a private member-owned facility that was named the 2010 New Jersey PGA Section Club of the Year; the 2012 Club of the
Year by the National Golf Course Owners Association, and was ranked number 85 on the 2012 Top 100 Modern list by GolfWEEK magazine.
Leadership
• Implemented a Golf Shop Operations book to assist with staff communication, demo club tracking, scheduling of staff, and
routine procedures such as daily closing procedures
• Responsible for the training of 5 Seasonal Assistant Professionals and PGM Interns
• Assisted the head professional when preparing 2015 operations budgets by creating 2015 rounds projections, reviewing the
2014 budgets, and previous play history
Customer Service
