Aesthetic Facial Reconstruction
in Adults and Children Symposium
February 18 - 20, 2010
Tucson, AZ
Sponsored by the American
Society of Plastic Surgeons
Support for this program is provided by a generous
educational grant from Fresh Start Surgical Gifts
Abstract Submission Deadline:
December 19, 2009
This program is intended for plastic surgeons, residents and fellows.
Facial reconstruction remains the cornerstone of plastic surgery. The face tells the world who we are and
materially influences what we can become. Plastic surgeons have both the opportunity and responsibility to
change a patient’s life. This year’s symposium will provide information on basic and complex facial repair.
Topics covered include:
• Complex military and civilian trauma
• Updates in anesthesia
• Facial plastic surgery/ENT
• Nasal fractures
• Facial fillers and their complications
• Effects of radiation therapy
• Thromboembolic prophylaxis

welcomed. The best abstract(s) will be recognized. Bring a
difficult case for discussion with the faculty!

answer opportunities throughout the program.
Learning Objectives
