First of all, let us congratulate you on your engagement. We thank you
for considering our farm as a venue for your wedding. We understand how
stressful planning a wedding can be, but we hope to make it a little easier on
you. We will do our very best to provide great services to help make your day
one you will never forget.
The following pages will inform you of all that our farm can offer you for
your big day. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. We look forward

Areas on the farm to get married
Apple Orchard
Dinner: 400 persons
Looking for an area that provides all that the outdoors have to offer? Then our 25 year old apple orchard may be
the place for you. Enjoy the cool shade provided by the orchard, wrap the trees in lights for an elegant touch or let
the trees provide decoration by themselves for a classic country touch. This orchard has possibilities of turning
into the perfect area for an outside ceremony or reception area.

Green Barn
Ceremony: 250 persons Dinner: 175 persons
This 100-year-old barn was once used as a storage for hay and even a home for cows and pigs. Now it provides a
majestic country feel for the wedding of your dreams. It doesn’t take much to turn this barn into a flawless setting
for a Rustic indoor wedding. Add lights, lanterns, flowers, or whatever you choose to make the barn the right
place to begin your future.

Barn Lawn Area
Ceremony: 400 persons Dinner: 300 persons
Behind our large green barn is a beautiful green lawn area lined with Sycamore, Ash, and Redwood trees. Maybe
a wedding ceremony in the green barn and allow people to venture to beautiful table settings on the green lawn is
the right fit for your big day? Or a ceremony with the pine trees in the background and a reception in the lawn or
barn? This is a great area to create and design the right area for small, medium or a large wedding.

El Rancho Del Amor
Ceremony: Bench seating for 135, additional seating can be added up to 250
This area is a tribute to a 200-year-old oak tree on the farm, California heritage, and to the beginning of
many lives together. This rustic setting provides for an intimate setting for weddings of all sizes.

Payment due at Contract Signing meeting. Deposit will be
returned within two weeks after the event.
*Security Deposit includes: 48-hour access to the grounds, area in which the ceremony and/or reception will be
held, restrooms, specified play areas, catering staff, disposal of garbage, security guards, and on-site event
manager services.
**Damage/Cleaning Deposit: A minimum of $250 will be deducted if any cleaning must be done by our staff
after the 48-hour time life.
***Remaining payment will be due 2-weeks before the day of the event.
FAQ’s
Is alcohol allowed? Yes, beer and wine are okay. No hard alcohol please.
When are we allowed on the farm? Feel free to start your wedding ceremony and reception when you please.
You are allotted 6 total hours of event time between the hours of 6:00 am and 12:00 am on the agreed upon date.
The event must end and all guests off the property by 12:00 am. You will have 48 hours on the grounds, starting
at 10:00 am the day before the event until 10:00 am the day after the event for set-up and take-down. There will
be a curfew of 9:00 pm on the day before your event.
Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations? Yes, you are welcome to bring in of your own decorations.
Please see your contract for requirements and/or regulations regarding décor. We do not provide any additional
décor than what you see present in your selected event space.
Are changing rooms available for the bride & groom? Unfortunately, we do not have any spaces available for
the bride & groom to change. We do allow the couple to bring camping trailers (no more than 2) onto the grounds
if they wish.
More information can be provided by the Event Manager during a venue walkthrough if needed.
