E-VOUCHER/VOUCHER EXCHANGE GUIDE
WELCOME TO ONE DIRECTION “ONE THE ROAD AGAIN

This guide will provide you the information you need for E-Voucher/Voucher exchange.
Your E-Voucher/Voucher will be exchanged for wristband which will be your ticket to enter the show.

E-VOUCHER/VOUCHER EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
If
-
you exchange it for yourself, you must bring:
PRINTED E-Voucher/Voucher
ID that you use when you purchase the tickets or ID that matches with name written in the E-voucher (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT).
Credit card that you use to purchase the tickets
You can exchange E-Voucher/Voucher on behalf of your friends.
If you exchange it for your friends, you must bring:
- PRINTED E-Voucher/Voucher
- Copy of ID that your friend use when they purchase the tickets or ID that matches with name written in the E-voucher
(KTP/SIM/PASSPORT).
- Credit card that they use to purchase the tickets
- Letter of Attorney that has been signed and STAMPED. Letter of Attorney is valid for one (1) person. (Format attached)
There will be extra charge if you want to print your e-voucher on the location.
DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR PRINTED E-VOUCHER AND VALID ID (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT)
P.S.: YOU MUST WEAR A PROPERLY SECURED WRISTBAND AT ALL TIME WHILST AT THE CONCERT. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT
WITHOUT A WRISTBAND, YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OFF THE CONCERT GROUNDS AND TO THE AUTHORITIES AT ANY TIME.

YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO EXCHANGE THE E-VOUCHER FOR YOUR ACTUAL TICKETS. (FAILURE TO
BRING THIS ITEMS MAY RESULT IN REFUSAL OF TICKET EXCHANGE):
- Print out the entire E-voucher/Voucher PDF file. If you have purchased multiple tickets, be sure to print each E-voucher page.
- Once your E-voucher/Voucher has been scanned and validated, you will receive an actual wristband for the show/concert.
- VALID ID card/Passport/Driving License. (Name must match that on the E-voucher).
- For buyers who use credit cards to purchase tickets, be sure to bring the credit card used to purchase your tickets and also
your ID card. (Name must match that on the E-voucher).
PLEASE NOTE !
- DO NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF THE BARCODE ON YOUR WRISTBAND.
- Do not subject your sensitive barcode wristband to the following: fire and or magnet, cutting, excessive twisting, pulling,
stretching or customization. Remember, your wristband will NOT be replaced!
- Wristbands are required at all times on concert grounds. You will be subject to ejection with no refund if you take off or
tamper with your wristband for any reason. If you have an issue with your wristband please immediately report to help
desk at the entrance gate.
- All wristbands will be checked for proper application by staff. Concert staff will tighten your wristband if considered too
loose.
- If you remove or otherwise tamper or damage your wristband it will be considered void.
- Wristband which have been issued to you and misplaced will also not be replaced.
- If you are not wearing a properly secured wristband whilst at the concert, you may be escorted off the concert grounds at
any time.
