EXTERIOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
The Association shall provide exterior building repair and maintenance and the cost thereof shall be charged against the owner by special
assessment.
WATER AND SEWAGE
Water and sewage is provided by Seven Springs Municipal Authority. Water and Sewage is billed at $106.00 per quarter for service and the
first 6,000 gallons used. Additional water and sewage is billed at a rate of $10.50 per 1,000 gallons.
ELECTRICITY
Southwind townhomes are individually metered. Electric service is provided by Somerset Rural Electric in Somerset, PA and is billed on a
monthly basis.
GAS
Southwind townhomes are individually metered. Gas service is provided by Dominion Peoples Natural Gas in Somerset, PA and is billed on
a monthly basis.
INSURANCE
Each homeowner is responsible for obtaining fire and liability insurance on their own home. These are townhomes not condominiums. The
purchaser needs a regular homeowners insurance policy.
