A concrete pad is required on all step installs.
We Set Granite Steps
First Step charge: $200
Additional Step charge: $50/ ea
(Prices are PER SET of stairs)
*We require a minimum of a 4” thick prepared concrete pad for each set of steps.
Please see the Cement Pad Specification sheet, ask at the office for details.
*Delivery charges may also apply, depending on location.
*Step settings are performed with a forklift.

Monadnock Radius Steps
Rock Face: heavy relief, hand cut (chiseled) finish.
Thermal: slightly pebbled, non-skid finish produced by
the application of high temperature flame.
At Landscapers Depot we only offer hand chiseled rock
face finish granite. When pricing posts & steps, be sure
you are comparing premium hand chiseled rock face,
which is superior to split face finish granite.
Loading Policy
We cannot load any posts, steps, treads 4’ or longer into
anything but an open pick-up truck (no cap) or open trailer.
