The Technological Centre for Vehicle Testing and Certification
for Road Safety – CESTT- is a technical service whose field of
action comes between vehicle manufacture and preparation
for its subsequent commercialization.
CESTT is the official laboratory delegated by the Ministry of
Science and Technology in charge of certifying that the vehicle
coming onto the market fulfill Spanish and EU
requirements and regulations.
